“Wyatt, had great customer service tonight from start to finished and its not the first time. He made my Husbands sandwich and I was a little indecisive about what sandwich to get and he actually helped alot with what I ate. He had great manners, great customer service and made a great sandwich. He definitely makes this subway location one of my favorites.

Parking: This location is inside walmart so there is alot of parking.

Kid-friendliness: Open space for alot of people

“Was in the store on 09/07/24 about (174th & PAC.Ave.)8pm,walked in and the employee was in the back unaware that I came in, spoke up and said hello and she came out from the back,surprised that there was only 1 employee just for safety concerns especially when she didn’t even know I came in. “It's been years that I've been able to find a place to safely make me a Philly cheesesteak sandwich. Well the awesome workers at this store went out of their way to make this happen for me. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY amazing the best Philly cheesesteak! Thank you Jersey Mike's for the awesome customer service! We love the Ham sandwich too. So now I have two favorite sandwiches I can order and eat safely with my crazy food allergies!

“Super chill, low-key spot.

Price might appear high, but that's because they are adjusted for inflation. Staff are top notch.

I got the bacon cheese steak sandwich, which came nice and hot, and was dripping juice from the roast beef.

I recommend coming here for a change of pace from cafes.“

“It was firehouse so no matter what the brisket was phenomenal even if it did lack adequate bbq sauce. There were only 3 employees at lunch time on a Friday so service was a little on the slow side and the person working the register lacked any personality or ability to put the order in right even after repeating myself 3 times. That being said you can still never go wrong with the smokehouse cheddar & brisket!“

“But the first time I went I wasn't happy at all. So I left a comment about how rude they are. So management called and asked me to please give them another try but I didn't. it had been over a year later and my daughter goes two times a week and eats there when she's at the Library. So she bagged me to try it and said that the guy there is so nice and makes perfect sandwiches So I gave in and went. “Went in this evening with my Wife and the visit was a total disaster!
Limited time special was a Spicy Chicken Italian and a Chicken Breast sandwich attempted to order the chicken breast clerk tried to give me the Spicy Italian called him on it and then was told they didn't have the fixings to make the Chicken Breast ans actually they had never been delivered.
Then I ordered a Ham and Turkey with Bacon and Swiss. When I got home, I found out I only got Ham and Bacon with Swiss .
My Wife's sandwich was a ride on the struggle bus as well.
From now on I think we'll being taking our Business to the University Place Jersey Mikes“

“This Subway location is in an old strip mall that is mostly vacant besides the salon next door. Surprisingly, it was very clean and the staff friendly. We tried two of the new "revamped" sandwiches; Buffalo Chicken and Bacon Chicken Ranch. All the ingredients were presented in the case fresh and both sandwiches were delicious! It was nice to finally visit a well managed fast food restaurant in Tacoma.“

“Sat before St. Patrick's Day. The place was BUSY. The place was CLEAN. Each person in line had atleast 2 orders. The guys back there were doing an amazing job keeping the line going. They were fast, friendly and got all orders correct and even asked if all were meals for an extra up-sale.Pricing is a little steep. “I’ve been going to this Jersey Mike’s a out once a week for about 7 or 8 months. 9/10 times, they get everything perfect, the food is delicious and the service is outstanding. A week or so I went in, realized I misread a coupon, and they still honored it and took care of me. They even went as far as to clue me in on a separate promotion they were running and allowed me to take advantage of it. Great service, wonderful staff, and amazing subs. They are definitely a sub above.“

“Sunday about 5 pm. 2 employees on break while one employee is doing all the work. Had door dash orders, working the hot grill, working walk ins. I ordered 2 sandwiches, 1 hot and 1 cold and it took me 30 min before I left.
Food was great , just couldn’t believe the co workers sat there and watched how busy it was and didn’t jump in to help and take their break once it slowed down. I’d fire employees like that“

A sign on the counter said to tell the sand which crew what you want on the sand which, listed all their veggies, etc. when I finished paying and getting change, the sandwhich was getting wrapped. No chance to ask fore anything. Came with tomatoe and lettuce. Slathered with mayo and made the veggies slide out when biting into the thing. Won't be back.“

“Food is good, no complaints. Close to several bases so it's conveniently placed. Tables were clean when I was here as were the floors. Overall, solid 4/5. Soda machine had some drinks that were not working so I didn't put 5/5.

“Stopped in on a whim, we were headed to Arby's...but had never tried Jimmy-Johns. So we went for it. What a surprise...The staff inside were awesome young people. They were actually happy at their job, the place was spotless, super attentive, polite without it feeling artificial...wow, it was really cool to feel good about sitting in a sandwich shop as goofy retired folks, and yet feel special. I had gone without my contact lenses, and they provided me with 3 different versions of a menu so I could pick what helped me see it the best. Thank you to this Fife store for the helpful workers, I felt very comfortable eating at your place that evening.“

I was against even going because the other subway experiences I’ve had lately were horrible but I told myself to try this establishment out and I am glad I did. From the time I walked in there to the time I walked out, it was the best customer experience ever. Mr. Yancey was very nice, engaged us the entire time, and prepared very nice sandwiches. I enjoyed my meal and the atmosphere he created. Very nice young man and knew his way around the sub station very well.“
