We went a couple of weeks ago. There was an online special and she was there all by herself. The line was backed up but she worked hard getting everybody’s orders done.
We went this past Monday and she was there again. She had help this time but still provided excellent service!“

“Was in the store on 09/07/24 about (174th & PAC.Ave.)8pm,walked in and the employee was in the back unaware that I came in, spoke up and said hello and she came out from the back,surprised that there was only 1 employee just for safety concerns especially when she didn’t even know I came in. “It's been years that I've been able to find a place to safely make me a Philly cheesesteak sandwich. Well the awesome workers at this store went out of their way to make this happen for me. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY amazing the best Philly cheesesteak! Thank you Jersey Mike's for the awesome customer service! We love the Ham sandwich too. So now I have two favorite sandwiches I can order and eat safely with my crazy food allergies!

“Super chill, low-key spot.

Price might appear high, but that's because they are adjusted for inflation. Staff are top notch.

I got the bacon cheese steak sandwich, which came nice and hot, and was dripping juice from the roast beef.

I recommend coming here for a change of pace from cafes.“

“It was firehouse so no matter what the brisket was phenomenal even if it did lack adequate bbq sauce. There were only 3 employees at lunch time on a Friday so service was a little on the slow side and the person working the register lacked any personality or ability to put the order in right even after repeating myself 3 times. That being said you can still never go wrong with the smokehouse cheddar & brisket!“

“I’ve been going to this Jersey Mike’s a out once a week for about 7 or 8 months. 9/10 times, they get everything perfect, the food is delicious and the service is outstanding. A week or so I went in, realized I misread a coupon, and they still honored it and took care of me. They even went as far as to clue me in on a separate promotion they were running and allowed me to take advantage of it. Great service, wonderful staff, and amazing subs. They are definitely a sub above.“

“This is my neighborhood Subway and usually everything is great. Today my experience was less than optimal. The soda fountain is gone and the feeling was we were keeping the young lady from her phone call. Actually she kept the call open and on speaker while continuing to apologize to her friend for having to wait on customers. While we sat and ate, she kept talking loudly with her friend, still on speaker. What a joke! I had my 3 young grandchildren with me and was not happy.“

“Went in this evening with my Wife and the visit was a total disaster!
Limited time special was a Spicy Chicken Italian and a Chicken Breast sandwich attempted to order the chicken breast clerk tried to give me the Spicy Italian called him on it and then was told they didn't have the fixings to make the Chicken Breast ans actually they had never been delivered.
Then I ordered a Ham and Turkey with Bacon and Swiss. When I got home, I found out I only got Ham and Bacon with Swiss .
My Wife's sandwich was a ride on the struggle bus as well.
From now on I think we'll being taking our Business to the University Place Jersey Mikes“

“But the first time I went I wasn't happy at all. So I left a comment about how rude they are. So management called and asked me to please give them another try but I didn't. it had been over a year later and my daughter goes two times a week and eats there when she's at the Library. “The CLEANEST subway I have seen! I walked in at 1230pm...the meat and veggie cases were perfect! I was amazed and wowed at the display ...even the presentation of the meat was lovely...it is obvious the person who works here...(very nice lady) takes pride in her work. The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 on the food...I was not too happy with the bread today...the white bread was a bit stale...“

“Sat before St. Patrick's Day. The place was BUSY. The place was CLEAN. Each person in line had atleast 2 orders. The guys back there were doing an amazing job keeping the line going. They were fast, friendly and got all orders correct and even asked if all were meals for an extra up-sale.Pricing is a little steep. Over $30 for 2 footlong and 1 half sandwich with just cheese and meat. Otherwise a great experience!Keep up the great work! These guys deserve a raise! :)“

“Had a great experience with Yolanda. She was patient while my daughter and I ordered 3 footlongs with quite a few modifications. She suggested great add-ons but was not pushy in any manner. She had a cheerful disposition and truly acted like she was very happy to help us. Yolanda is an asset to this location.“

I was against even going because the other subway experiences I’ve had lately were horrible but I told myself to try this establishment out and I am glad I did. “I went to this location today for the first time. It is newly remodeled and very clean. There was an older lady working (I think her name was Darlene) and she was so friendly! “Bitchass boomer karens can't handle the fact that these underpaid workers gotta fullfill mobile/pickup orders too.

Manager is very clean and professional, does a good job training from what I've seen. Customer service is great, cut and dry just how I like it.

“Ok when I first walked in I almost turned around and walked out. Partly due to the 3 extremely difficult customers ahead of me but also the girl working the counter. I'm glad I stayed cause what I didn't know is the girl (Trinity) closed then opened so she was tired but the way she held her composure w these three really eye twitching customers was better than I could have even on a good day. So go her for being tired and calm even tho it took way longer than it's ever taken for a sandwich, that was not due to her work performance.

In walked April.. she is a force of nature. Triple tasked the second she walked in. Made small talk with the waiting customers (oh wait it was just me) as she was putting more dough in the oven before she helped me as Trinity was trying to finish up w her customers. She's a wonderful human, very very personable and just illuminates great people aura. If I return to this subway it would be because of her.

Thank you both for making me see there are good people AND that I shouldn't have just assumed Trinity hated her job. Kudos to her for being chill w that storm.

“The bread was ok, not real tasty. Pretty small size for the price. A sign on the counter said to tell the sand which crew what you want on the sand which, listed all their veggies, etc. when I finished paying and getting change, the sandwhich was getting wrapped. No chance to ask fore anything. Came with tomatoe and lettuce. Slathered with mayo and made the veggies slide out when biting into the thing. Won't be back.“
