“Got some Carmel apples as a gift and they ended up being bad on the inside. I had bought many before and never had this issue and loved them so I emailed Julie and I got a reply less than 30 minutes after the email. She was incredibly kind and apologetic and asked to send us replacements. Amazing customer service with the best Carmel apples I’ve found. I will %100 be buying many more in the future!!!“

“this is a good DQ, however they need to learn that when someone in line orders food that is taking a while, ask that customer to pull forward and they will bring out food, like MCD's, Arby's, etc. then the line keeps moving and our blizzards aren't soup by the time we get them.“

“I was under the impression you could meet the Queen at this establishment, but apparently I am a, "moron," as one of the employees stated. We argued for a moment and I challenged him to a medieval duel. He declined and asked me to leave. I threw an awesome crane kick karate combo just to see the look in his eyes. I love the blizzards, but the service could be better when dealing with royalty“

“4.12.26: Recently got an email from Cold Stone regarding new spring flavors: Strawberry Marshmallow and Lemon Cake Batter. Marshmallow and lemon anything are some of my favorite flavors and couldn't wait to try them.
It was my first time at this spacious location and was greeted when I walked in. I told her I was there to try the new flavors and got a scoop of each. I chose not to have mix-ins because I wanted to truly try the flavors by themselves without mix-ins influences.
The strawberry marshmallow was yum! Definitely marshmallow-like and the strawberry gave it a great flavor profile. The lemon cake batter was lemony, tart but not sour, and it really did feel like I was eating cake batter. I would get these flavors again.
Service was good, store appeared clean, and I was the only one there. It was around noon time, so I was in and out, in less than 5 minutes.“

“I like coming in here and getting the blizzard. it's a real treat for myself. And I get a hamburger while I'm here too so my weight goes up. I like the Oreo blizzard. but my all-time favorite is the peanut buster parfait I just love all the chocolate smothered in there and it's hot with peanuts and softer ice cream. and the fries are good the staff was friendly helpful courteous and professional. I will be back time and time again. I like how you can sit outside.“

“We were in Spokane for the weekend and it was hot. I wanted ice cream… but good ice cream. Ice cream worth the calories. When we arrived the place was packed. We almost left because I was worried it would take forever. I am so glad we didn’t.
The line moved fast. The staff was fantastic. Well organized and moved the line through quickly. My hubby and I each got two scoops. I tried lemon meringue and rhubarb crumble. He had Zanzibar and Shits about to get real. Holy cow was it delicious. Even my husband who isn’t a huge sweets person was digging in like it was his last meal. 100% would recommend. Go get some!“
