Jack in the Box in Spokane

“I came here at 3 AM. Not only did they show me and my friend endless hospitality, THEY MADE AN EXCEPTION FOR US. After traveling the wasteland that is downtown Spokane, our hero saved us. She had neck tattoos and she’s super tuff. She brought our burritos out to us after we drove 15 miles on lime scooters. If that isn’t hospitality, I genuinely don’t know what is. I went through the odyssey to be here and it absolutely lived up to the expectations.“

“I celebrated my birthday last night and JC made it incredible for me. Was polite, pleasant and just an all around awesome dude. I will one million percent return here just because of him. The food already rocks but his service made me a returning customer from now on. Thank you again JC. You freaking rock dude.“

“Surprisingly good!
Promptly greeted by the man working the counter. We were then assisted with our order by the graveyard associate, she seemed tired and we put a little smile on her face. She then shared that was called in early to work, extra 4 hours into her regular shift, she promptly attended to my request for wiping down the table, and continued out to lobby cleaning every table, our southwest salads were fresh, filling fantastically prefect. Fresh fries and fresh ice tea! The dinner rush had already passed. service was good and workers were focused n tending well to drive thru orders in a timely manner. Our food was prompt and well presented.
The lobby was clean aside from the half dozen tables that they quickly washed.

“This morning I stopped in to pick up an Uber order. The lobby was closed and the drive through told me to wait in the parking lot for the kitchen to prepare the order. I just thought they were totally cool and did everything according to what was expected to get the job done. I wasn't asking for a miracle or a cure for the common cold, and I'm not much of a needy person., but thankful instead. Thanks Jack-n-the-Box for being such a totally awesome bunch.“

“Just wanted to say that the drive-through employee Mason is wonderful every time I come get a late night order or early morning order he’s polite and efficient and always doing his best to satisfy the customer. I like coming to this Jack-in-the-Box late at night just because I know he’s gonna be handling my order. “Food was absolutely fantastic like it is every time I choose this jack in the box, we had an amazing worker who was extremely friendly and nice, I don’t know the workers name but he had dyed platinum hair and looked about 19, great worker he deserves a raise“

“Gotta love fast food being fast they usually have low lines but the food is good and quick service, even had a really cool employee give me a coupon because their money machine was down and I had went to an atm and came back so great customer service rewarding customers for the tiny bit of difficulty but overall every time Ive gone its fast, easy, and pretty cheap.“

“went through the drive through at about 11:30 pm.. made it through the line fast the fries were nice n hot same with the sandwich only thing is the bun was hard like it was old or something.. tasted good just a little hard... don't think it was supposed to be like that.“

He was friendly, patient, professional, and genuinely made the experience a great one. It’s not every day that you come across someone who takes pride in providing excellent service, and Mike definitely deserves to be recognized! 🙌🏽
The food was great, but the service is what really stood out. Employees like Mike make customers feel welcomed and appreciated, and that goes a long way.
