“When i was just a baby this started out as a small humble hallway sushi spot called Aki’s. Over the years i have watched it grow into Raw then the wave. It is one of my memorable first date spots. I love that they continue to have live music and now 3 bars inside. Thank you to the amazing wait staff for the excellent customer service! Love you guys“

“I went here for the first time recently and had a wonderful time. The food is amazing and I plan on going back. The boba is also very good, the best I’ve ever had. All the staff were very nice and patient with my group, and the atmosphere was very calming. I very much recommend this place!“

“Fantastic restaurant with quick service and delicious food. Our party went for a birthday dinner and everyone enjoyed every bite. From sushi, to hibachi, to teriyaki everyone raved about their meals. Definitely going back!!“

“I don’t understand the negative reviews. This is one of the best tasting restaurants in Spokane. I come from Portland where we had PLENTY to choose from as well. The food is AMAZING. It is owned by a husband and wife duo who really care about their food. The restaurant has slowed down in the past couple of years. It takes longer to be served than other places sometimes, which I really enjoy because I bring a book or talk to the owners/waiters and enjoy my time rather than rushing in and out. Highly recommend.“

“The Black Pepper Garlic Beef with Asian mushrooms was wonderful— flavorful and generous. I swapped out the rice with chow mien noodles (for a small charge), which paired nicely with the beef. My husband had the Hot Iron Plate with Seafood, which he enjoyed. Service was good. I initial thought we were seated at a dirty table, but it was actually stains in the table top. We had a view of a storage room with boxes; curtains coming down to the floor rather than 2-3 up from the floor would have improved the atmosphere. That being said, we will definitely be going back.“
