“I normally don’t review a restaurant after one visit, but Marzano was exceptional. It’s an approachable fine dining experience. The staff was great, and definitely give the impression that they genuinely care about your visit. We took a chance on the appetizer special, and were very happy that we stepped outside our comfort zone (Traditional Venetian antipasto of marinated salt cod on squid ink polenta cakes paired with whipped ciccione crostini, sour cherries and hazelnuts). The lasagna bolognese and carbonara were absolutely amazing from the first bite to the last. I’ve never had better.“

The pho king food was so good I almost cried. I walked in hungry and walked out in a pho king coma. The broth? Pho king perfect. The noodles? Pho king flawless. I don’t know what magic they put in this bowl, but I’ll be coming back every pho king chance I get. Highly recommend if you want your taste buds absolutely pho king blessed.“

“This is my favorite bread outlet to come to because of the deals that they offer versus the stores, but most of all the staff is always so caring and helpful especially if you are looking for something in particular. I was against even going because the other subway experiences I’ve had lately were horrible but I told myself to try this establishment out and I am glad I did. From the time I walked in there to the time I walked out, it was the best customer experience ever. Mr. Yancey was very nice, engaged us the entire time, and prepared very nice sandwiches. Not only did I enjoy the best martini I’ve ever had (make sure you take Payton’s recommendation and order the Gunpowder Gin), but the food was delectable. We started with the Formosa Roll and enjoyed the shrimp tacos and steak. The Formosa Roll was savory and spicy, the shrimp were perfectly cooked for the tacos and the steak came with potato spirals that I didn’t know I needed in my life, but absolutely do! A true gem of Tacoma, bravo Eric and team!“

I actually live closer to the Pac Ave location, but every time I’ve been there, they’re extra rude so… Yeah I drive to the 38th location, and no matter who is working the smoothies taste the same, and their customer service is the always the same, the same being excellent every time. 10/10 recommend this ECS if you’re in the Tacoma area.“
