We’ve had enough In N Out we traveled to Cali to my family likes but for me it’s not all that and not worth the hype ; I’m super picky about my food quality matters to me but I love habit burger everything is perfect from the burger to the fries not being too salty I dislike salty fries ! The patty has the perfect balance of flavor literally can eat more than 1 if I wanted ; this spot reminds me so much of Zippys burger that was closed in west Seattle …. Clean environment andddd the staff is soo amazing and friendly 🥺 keep up the good work HB!“

“I came in before a flight, Joann (probably spelled that wrong) was so insanely kind and warm and fun to be around.

We came in and sat at the bar, and the atmosphere was welcoming from the moment we walked in. I was a little on edge waiting for my flight, but Joann immediately made us feel comfortable and taken care of. She was attentive the entire time and her fun, outgoing personality was a hit with everyone around us. Great service and a great vibe, we’ll definitely be back!.“

However, their customer service is the worst—no greetings, the staff are often in a bad mood, very rude, and unfriendly. As a result, I stopped going there. Today, while shopping at South Center, my kids wanted to eat at Applebee's, so I visited their South Center location. I was surprised by how excellent the service was; the server was very friendly, patient, and polite. I truly appreciated everything—the food was fresh, and we had an amazing time. “Everyone knows Five Guys is absolute 🔥. Best burger chain besides In-N-Out in my opinion. This location is clean, fast, the milkshakes are always spot on, a small fries is bigger than most places large fries, and the burgers are delicious and worth the somewhat high price. You definitely get what you pay for.
The African American gentleman that takes orders and works the register always has a smile on his face and is cheerful and polite. Definitely my favorite five guys location I've been to.“

Server was friendly and helpful despite my English accent proving a little tricky for him to understand at times but we got the correct food ordered and when it came it was fresh and tasted good.
Overall a good experience and I'd visit again next time I'm in the area.“
