Have tried others and the coffee never tastes strong enough, or the drinks are overly sweet. I grew up here but lived in LA for over 10 years and was spoiled by the variety of great coffee shops there. Moved back and thankfully found this place! They have a variety of handmade coffee, teas and noncoffee drinks with unique flavors as well as the classics. They need a lavender latte though. :) Please open a new location in the west/north end (not Puyallup!) Thanks!“

I actually live closer to the Pac Ave location, but every time I’ve been there, they’re extra rude so… Yeah I drive to the 38th location, and no matter who is working the smoothies taste the same, and their customer service is the always the same, the same being excellent every time. 10/10 recommend this ECS if you’re in the Tacoma area.“

“This was probably the very first boba place I ever tried in WA back in 2004. I love them and always seem to come back multiple times a year, they keep their menu simple. Since 2004, there are now many places you can get boba drinks from. This is the best in the immediate area. I also like when boba places seal their drinks on the top like they do.

“3/8/24 7am-Super sweet and beautiful barista this morning! I'm from Portland, OR and was in town on business and looked around for a Bikini Barista Espresso stand like we have back at home and found this one not too far from my hotel room. Was greeted warmly and asked what kinda drink I wanted. I asked for something like I get back home called a blended Reese's Peanut Butter Cup with an extra shot. She asked if I wanted more of a protein peanut butter which I didn't and so thankful she asked 1st.?She made it PERFECTLY and just like I wanted??She said it's so good because it was made with love, which it was!? Soooooo yummy!? While she was making it we had a nice lil conversation and found out she had ties to my NE Portland stomping grounds?? Made me feel kinda like I was already back at home I haven't been this far into Washington since the Freaknight times up in Seattle, but if I'm ever up in Tacoma again, this will be my go-to stand for a perfect drink and a sweet way to get up in the morning!? ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“

“I picked up the rib plate and an order of lumpia while attending the evergreen fair. It was pouring rain- which was not the vibe for the fair- but the food was delish. The lumpia were long, and the ends were twisted so there was crunchy end parts (yumm!). The ribs were delicious- Fall of the bone. Some of them were light on meat, but they were so good! The mac salad was yummy, and I loves the seasoning on the rice. I will eat here again this week!“

“I love the fact that Gravity started in Western Washington! They DON’T burn their beans during roasting. The flavor combinations and variety of drinks are unsurpassed!

I frequent six locations and everything is consistent. I gave up consuming sweet baked goods but prior to that decision the muffin tops and I had a special relationship.

Gravity rewards loyalty with “Free Drinks” that I forget until one of the friendly baristas informs me. They provide discounts to military and law enforcement. Gravity does all the right things!“

“Love Gravity to bits (always get the Hyper Space) but this is now the third occasion that I did not get oat milk in my drink at the Lakewood location. I’ve never had this issue at any other location. Due to not being able to use straws, I cannot taste test to make sure (which I shouldn’t have to do anyway). We get charged each time for the milk alternative, but it’s not always used. Please be more mindful when people make such requests. I’m extremely lactose intolerant and it gives me much pain with whole milk. Also, you should really be asking people if they have rewards or not, especially when they are spending $20+ in a single trip so they can actually get their rewards for buying so often. We are at this location multiple times during the weekend and the Olympia/Lacey location during the week. If we say we have a rewards because you didn’t ask, eyes have been rolled and reluctantly put in my number.“
