“First I’d like to say I only started recently going to lucky’s in the last maybe 6 months. They have always been super great for food and quick. I had never eaten on the bus until recently I took my kids and met my boyfriend there. I noticed my shoes slipped slightly when I took a step but didn’t think much of it. This is more of a recommendation for the company to put grip tape or something on the stairs as my boyfriend slipped coming out of the bus on the metal stairs and now is suffering from some major back and hip issues not to mention lost wages and time at work along with the now medical bills we will have along with the life long back pain he was told he will now have. Unfortunately we will probably not be coming back as we have had absolutely little communication from the owner(s) minus a what feels casual “what do you need from us”.“

“I loved the vibe here reminds me of my grandma's house, and her home cooking. The food was so bomb I ordered the Maple biscuit with sausage and egg they call it the Sizzurup! Highly recommend it, cooked perfectly I wanted seconds lol. 😋 they had music playing which was my kind of vibe. He’s diligently ensured that all insurance paperwork is in order with the school district, which is an extra lift for him that he graciously worked through. I genuinely can’t recommend him enough! His scooped ice cream is delicious, and the kids like the novelty bars. At our last event the line stretched down the side of the building because his truck was so popular! A couple members of our family have celiac disease, so we're cautious and picky about dining out. This is a trusted place that never disappoints. We came here to celebrate two birthdays. “I had a great night at Hank’s enjoying the tasty French dip and fresh dinner salad. The roast was heated on the grill with very little fat on the slices. The bread was toasted; crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside.“

“Right from the moment you step in, Bon Bon Bakery hits the sweet spot of technique and flavour. The doughnuts, the milk bread, the pastries... They’re all executed with a level of precision that you rarely see outside a top-notch bakery. (Yes, I mean precision.)

What stands out here is the restraint: you’re not bombarded with sugar, you’re allowed to taste real ingredients. The crumb of the bread is so light and airy you’d think they’d captured a cloud in the oven. The fillings are beautifully balanced, it's enough to make you smile, not so much to make you wince.

The variety is fantastic: you’ve got traditional old-world techniques being used but the flavour profile is fresh, modern, bright. You’ll find something here that reminds you of your bakery travels in Tokyo or Paris, but with its own personality.

Service is friendly, sincere, and you can tell the bakers care. The space is inviting, no gimmicks, just good baking done well.

My only nitpick (and it’s a small one): come early, because the best stuff flies off the shelves. But when you get it fresh? That’s the kind of bake that makes me want to roll up my sleeves and say, ‘This is what a bakery should be.’

“My favorite bar in Tacoma. I was looking for a place to watch a huskies game last season and no bars were showing it since the game was on the Peacock app. The manager let me cast my phone to the TV and other huskies fans started rolling in to watch not long after. Love this place.“

“Serves mainly pizza only other thing on the menu are paninis and salads. Growing up Italian I would have liked to see more panini options. Pies were small a bit greasy but overall pretty damn good. I didn’t get drunk there but if I was the pizza would have been the perfect remedy. The lady with the short hair served me I didn’t get her name but she was professional, friendly, fast, attentive and a great overall bartender and server. Drinks wee reasonably priced and specialty mixed drinks displayed on the wall with prices. Gentleman in the kitchen was also fast with orders cooked to perfection. Overall I would recommend coming here for a good buzz and a quick bite.“

We will come in here sometimes and just get the cheese plate or a little sandwich and a drink and sit around and just talk it's a very peaceful relaxing place they have indoor and outdoor seating. And it's on the corner the inside of the strip mall so you have a nice view if you sit outside on a sunny day. Staff are always friendly and helpful in what I like about it also is it's always clean and has a very cool eclectic feeling inside. I highly recommend stopping by any Cutters point but this one particular because this one I know the best.James...“
