“It’s the bar attached to new dragon. Two pool tables that are free to play. Food is from the Chinese restaurant and it’s your standard food. You can order at the bar from the restaurant. Pool, touch tunes and authentic Chinese food… all good for me.

“terrible service. we spent over 100 dollars and they treated us like a burden. they seem to Hate any race of non-Asian descent (especially white people) and they hate to have to deal with you or any questions you or your children may have. “Immediately when you walk in and it feels like a great mom and pop noodle shop. The wonton and brisket noodles were easily some of the best I've had. Rich, flavorful beef broth with such a nice chew and bounce from the noodles. The wontons were also large and had minced pork and shrimp inside. The mixed meat congee was also a great order. Hot with plenty of meat that paired nicely with their chinese donut that was thin, not greasy, and so, so good. Also get their refreshing soy milk drink!“

“This spot is FIRE! 🔥 We ordered the orange chicken and general tso and they were so good!! Saucy, crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside! So much food, couldn’t finish mine so now I have dinner 🩷 The crab puffs and spring rolls were hot and crunchy and the fillings were yummy!! “This is a no frills kind of place. Just come for the food. The owner/staff is friendly. We ordered chow mien, gai lan, and veg fried rice. The fried rice was tasty. I didn't expect that from veggie fried rice. I will try and come back before we leave town.“

“It's a hole-in-the-wall Cantonese BBQ spot. There are roast ducks and a whole pig prominently on display, a box full of bags of raw chicken feet right next to it, a whiteboard with prices, a couple cheap tables off to the side, complementary loose leaf tea if you eat in, and maybe 3-5 employees hanging around, one of whom speaks a little bit of english. You know what to expect if you have been to places like that. This one sports unusually tall ceilings and a few dim sum items in addition to the usuals. I did not think there were places like this in Portland.

The duck and roast pork were absolutely excellent, best I have had for a long time. The char siu was extremely tender and flavorful too! Next time I'll be sure to try the chicken. Service was... well, if you are a monolingual english speaker, expect to have some trouble and do a lot of pointing, but everyone tries their best and seems kind and helpful. Atmosphere was perhaps not great on its own merits but super authentic and I wouldn't trust a place like this if it looked too polished.

It's really a gem in Beaverton, especially with all the places to eat around here. This is definitely a spot worth driving an hour for on the weekends.
