“Best elote and fish tacos I have ever had in my life. Horchata is great too, and the asada is also very well seasoned. I haven’t tried a single thing I didn’t like here.“
“First off- I eat at Taco Bell ALOT. I mean sometimes I go 7 days a week. The new Steak Reaper Burrito has been my all time favorite so far. Anyways, I take pride in the fact that I have been to most of the locations in Portland. Every time I see a Pacific Bells sticker on the drive thru window, I know that I can expect excellent service and hot, fresh food. Thank you to the Pacific Bells team!“

“En Vida es muy delicioso. This cute little spot nestled away in a cozy corner of town is inconspicuous and tasty. I was blown away by everything I tried. Their empanadas were packed which is hard to find at times, the prices were reasonable, and the variety hits almost every Latin American country I enjoy eating in. 😂
Gluten free tip, almost completely GF except for the burger buns. They can be swapped out for tostones. It's a great alternative if you've never tried a tostone burger. Celiac friendly.
Cinco estrellas 💫💫💫💫💫
Dietary restrictions: Celiac friendly, except the burger buns.“

“Really good food. My litmus test any time I try a new Mexican place is a carne asada taco and theirs was exceptionally good. The meat was quality - no gristle - and perfectly marinated. They must cook on a smoker or something because there is a smokey note that adds to the already strong basics on flavor.
The salsas are also delicious.
It is expensive at $5+ for a taco, but they're on the larger size and everything is fresh and high quality. It's worth it if it fits your budget.“

“Amazing creative dishes. Palm ceviche is fabulous as are all the entrees I can’t spell and the empanadas are flaky and delicious salsas aren’t really necessary but they are also incredible. Causas were wonderful. I couldn’t like this restaurant more if I was vegan. Highly recommend Epif.“

“Delicious food. Best torta I've had in Oregon. My husband said his breakfast burrito was phenomenal. The guy who worked the window had such positive energy that it changed my mood( I was having a rough day ) . Literal contagious joy. Truly cannot recommend them enough“

“It's a good food cart to grab some quick food when in the area. They are usually the ones that have longer operating hours than the other carts in the area. We stopped by and shared a chorizo quesadilla while waiting for our other stuff. The flavor of the chorizo was on point, and the quesadilla did its job. The person working there was friendly and quick to prepare our food.“

“The drinks are as Instagrammable as the decor. The cocktails are creative, the vibe is trendy, and the crowd knows it. Service is solid, though the prices might make your wallet cringe. Pro tip: sip slow—it’s a splurge, but a tasty one.“
