“ChicChic consistenly serves quality Thai food! This has been a major sticking point at other spots, and why my search for a Thai food spot continued until ChicChic.

As much as I want to give the food a 5-star rating, the curries, both Panang & Yellow, keep my rating at a 4-star. First visit incl. Panang with chicken and level 4 spice. No spice at all and so sweet that it overpowered the curry flavor. Second visit, I ordered the Yellow with chicken and level 4 spice, and once more, sweet, but not as sweet as the first time, no spice, and tasted like the Panang curry. Moving forward, I am avoiding the curries.

The other entrees I've tried - Pad Kee Mao (Drunken Noodles) and Pad See Ew - both with chicken and level 4 spice were delicious! The wide noodles were perfectly cooked, and 4-star spicy as desired.

I look forward to trying out the soups and other entrees.

“Decor is standard ivar’s, so I gave it a default 5 stars. Food is as expected, nicely fried seafood. The Asian lady frying the food seems very on top of things and open to helping the cashier when she has a spare moment. She seems more invested than she should be, so that’s good, right? They also bring your order out to you. I’m used to them calling your name and you have to get your order at the counter. So services is above par for an Ivar’s.

However staff was still very polite as always and even had a smile on their face when we left with our food at 1:03. This is always our go to Wendy’s and I promise it won’t happen again guys. “For years I have asked for extra pickles on my burgers at various McDonald’s locations. About three days ago my extra pickle slice request was finally granted. There were so many on the burgers, and someone even threw a loose handful in the bag. Thanks for not being like every other garbage location and literally offering only two pickle slices upon my request for extra pickles. That is all! Good job.“

“Came into Mod late on Christmas Eve with my family and was surprised they were open. There was a huge line of people to the door, and only one guy was taking orders. Even though some people were being rude, he had a great attitude and was being really fast & efficient with everything. He took great care of my family and everyone else in line. Shoutout to the guy with the tattoos, I forgot to get his name before I left 👍 The food was great, and everything was pretty clean even though there was only 3 workers. “Whatever happened in good old-fashioned customer service? Making everyone utilize kiosks to order sucks. I know that you do it in the name of cost savings. However, it is just wrong in my book. And, remember the old adage... The customer is ALWAYS right.“

“The food was exactly what I wanted it to be: a reminder that I'm not 16 anymore, but I was happy with the price and it was both hot and fresh. Nuggets a little dry. The service was prompt, with extra beef on my nachos cost less than an extra sauce at some other fast food place, so that was nice. The interior was clean, though the fast paced 80s hair metal seemed a bit intrusive. The outside was less inviting, and I saw an unhoused individual harassing some of the drive through customers. My only real complaint though is the fact that I couldn't pay with my Taco Bell gift card. I guess because of the KFC? I highly doubt they track their sales individually, so why can't I use the gift card? Either way, it's a much better choice than the Jack in the Box down the street.
