There are places with good service and then there is Gilbert at the drive through who just exceeded all expectations and hit boss level. In all the years I've been coming here, not once until today has someone dropped the deets on why I actually want to download the app. Plus, from the time I rocked up to the order window until pulling away, he was on POINT amazing and friendly. Give the man a raise! If this were my first time Panda experience, his customer service ALONE would have brought me back.“

Too many places play loud music; makes it hard to visit and enjoy your food. The service is very good; the servers are polite and engaging. “The only reason I gave a 2 for atmosphere was because I was expecting a full restaurant and it's a drive thru so had to wait in the car while the food was being made to go. I know to call ahead next time. The food is made to order so you can customize the level of heat 1-5 on the spicy things. It was worth the wait. I will be calling in many future orders.“

“We had a wonderful experience. The food was great. The Waiter was so nice and hospitable and brought great conversation. The almond chicken was superb and I’ve had it many times. Also the sweet and sour wasn’t traditional like what you have everywhere but nicely balanced. The sesame chicken didn’t taste like candy but was very delicious and not too sweet. My husband is a hot and sour soup snob and said that he had the best he’s ever had ?
I loved seeing all the plants everywhere.
We will go again whenever we are craving Chinese food!!!!! ?“

“Won Ton Soup was a little salty but tasted fantastic , this was my wife's favorite & my 2nd favorite. The Deep Fried Prawns were Great and Hot, it has been years since I got Hot Prawns from any restaurant, these were my favorite. Almond Chicken was made the correct way by breading a mallet flatten & tenderized piece of chicken then deep fried, then they add gravy on top (The way Louie's in Seattle / Ballard did). Only complaint was the fried rice made the old way of rice, soy sauce and egg cook in a Wok or flat grill, just plain and lifeless ! Not bad but not good, as I was expecting more.
Hours are very limited but worth the hassle of going there.“

“A couple came in while I was eating. The male decided that waiting a second to let the person behind the counter finish his order was too long to wait for water cup so he decided to yell curse words and slurs at the people working. Absolute ridiculousness! The manager that was working calmly handled the situation and got both people out of the store. I don’t know how he had that much patience. He handled it perfectly. I like panda, but I will go a little out of my way to go to this one because of the manager.“
