I think the issue w this location per say is the employees. Most of them don't want to work n just get orders out without a care. I truly believe once this location weeds out the employees who shouldn't be there this location will exceed in all aspects. I for one will return but only if Alma is working bc she will get it done right no matter the issue.“

“This Place is a real gem. As you walk in, its real quite, real clean, really, really great customer service, not like many restaurants that have things all chaotic, and no smoke, not so much business in the dinner. When I eat, I love to hear others in the dinner, but not toe point that it feels over crowded. This place was just perfect for us. The associates were super Friendly and polite to us, and their menu had lots of options to choose from. The associates were also super help full, and patient with our order. Food was so good and fresh. The chicken was good and tasted great. My family will be back here to eat again. Best part was it was really, really clean, something 90% of restaurants are not. Thanks Carl's Jr for your commitment to great quality customer service, exceptional food, and super clean dinner and great working staff, that truly makes a difference. “I hired them for my backyard wedding. They were so easy to work with. They created a simple taco menu for my guests and simple pricing method for us. Our guests raved about their food. Considering we had over 100 guests, the lune was never very long. So happy I used El Jefe!“

That said, I'm in there eating a pizza. What appeared to be a customer initially. Is a late teens to early 20's guy walking in and out, into back room, oven area, and back hallway. Wearing head phones and guessing belongs to someone there. None of the staff said a thing crossing staff zones. 20260823, it makes no since and was highly distracting.

I can understand if he was with a group. To wander staff zones, no. Never seen behavior like this from a customer ever in any establishment either. It was this way near a while hour. One of the staff randomly spoke to him but not the greeting normal from walking in. Atmosphere was not relaxing this time around.“

“Chassidy is the goat of cashiers! I am a cashier myself I am always looking at others customer service because I know the industry is lacking in good cashiers. Customer service was serving. My boyfriend isn’t a cashier so he can come off as short in the drive through but she was nice helpful and patient the entire time.“

“After a long day at the pick & pull across the street, I needed some grub before back north. I decided to go in to order and relax. I stood at the front counter for about 10 minutes, and nobody came up to help me or ask if I had questions which I did
did. A couple employees seen me, but ignored my presence, and did not even alert any other employees I was at the front counter. I ended up just leaving and driving home irritated and hungry.“

“This is one of the best Taco Bell’s I have ever been to. The restaurant was clean, the food was great and the employees seemed like they loved working there. I heard them in the back cheering about how quickly and efficiently they were getting orders done. The young man at the front desk even offered to write down the restroom code for me.“

“The employees at the Nob Hill Burger King location are fantastic. They were short staffed so Miguel came in several hours early for his shift. He saved the day when my (post first day of school/tired and hangry) child noticed the frozen coke machine was not working. He smiled and mentioned other possible options curbing the flow of tears with ice cream. The crew delivered hot, delicious food so quickly. Miguel again saved the day by wiping down all the tables in the Kid play area when I asked. He did it quickly and with a smile. The wonderful employee dynamic makes the place spectacular. The play area is well maintained and is a favorite of my children.“

“My First Time Eating Chipotle … Seem Them Everywhere, but today was my Day and This Location Made It Special And To Always Remember !!

As soon as I walked in I was Treated With A Smile and Was Helped Quickly !!! All the girls that worked here were Kinda and Had Smiles On Their Faces. I bought the steak burrito bowl and WOW!!! Everything was fresh and well made … The taste hit the tastebuds !!!

I myself cook a lot of rice and beans, but I will say I was impressed!! Made my day and literally two meals of food for $20.

The location was nice kept clean, the trash cans were clean and the bathroom was well kept up and cleaned.

All around this guys working here are doing Outstanding work !! Thanks Chipotle Team …

“I recently went to this McDonalds, the service here was great! The power went out and the girl working the counter was awesome! My fries at first were soggy and uncooked. But I assumed it was because of the power outage, and the employee gave me different fries that were hot, salted, and crispy. Thank you! Also congrats Giovani for getting awarded Employee of the Month.“

“Miss Peggy makes every experience at Popeyes superb. She has so many great suggestions and offers me the best deal for what I want! And Im always able to feed my whole crew for a great price too! She even had a very upset customer that she took care of as best she could while waiting for a manager to take care of them the other day when I was there. She really should be one of your management team because she definitely knows what she's doing and she works her butt off with almost no help.“

“I was very pleased to see a nice clean store when I walked into the store. I was politely greeted and helped right away. I had several orders for the Granger Fire Department for the 4th of July. Each firefighter had a separate order and the staff pleasantly completed the orders. They also put the names on each sandwich. I had names on the order forms the firefighters filled out. I appreciated everything they did for our department. I also appreciated that they told me to tell the the firefighters to stay safe tonight. Thanks again!“
