“The kitchen inconsistency is still an issue. One morning pancakes are the size of silver dollars and another morning they are the size of dinner plates. Also, be aware of the order in which parties were seated. Never a good experience to see a party who came in after your party get their food before you do. On that subject, do your best to have all the food ready to deliver to the table at the same time, even if you have to park a few dishes while you wait on the rest. Nothing fun about the last person served at the table waiting 8-10 minutes for their food while the others have theirs.“

“Thank you, Victorico's Washougal, for catering our event this past Saturday at Hamllik Park. The Steigerwald Lake National Wildlife Refuge staff and partners had a great time getting to know our neighbors and doing lots of fun activities together. Your wide variety of very generously size burritos, horchata, and jamaica kept everyone happy and fueled up for a fun day. You delivered right on time and were a pleasure to work with.“

“This place was a great find! As others have mentioned, the portions and the price are really generous and I appreciate a local restaurant that isn’t trying to maximize prices and rip people off.
I had the special carne asada quesadilla and it was delicious. I easily had enough leftovers for a whole second meal. The toppings and salsa bar was icing on the cake. Definitely plan on coming back!“

“I waited so eagerly for this place to open as it’s right across from my studio. My first visit I was hooked. It’s literally so good that I wake up and crave it 😂 most authentic flavor packed Birrias I’ve ever had. The owner is just as wonderful, so kind and genuine. I’m so glad such a perfect place joined our downtown food district!“

“Comida rica, atención excelente, aunque no conocíamos del menú ps; Karen fue súper atenta, nos orientó y sus muestras de las bebidas fueron muy acertadas para alguien que no conoce esta gastronomía, mi observación es que sería bueno un menú infantil . Lo demás perfecto ! 🙂“

“I had my first experience at Margarita Factory (Gresham) tonight and it was better than I imagined. The menu has plenty of options. In fact, just the Margarita menu was over-stimulating. The food is tasty, fast service. And such a kind and accommodating staff. I know people will say “it’s her job to do so,” but coming from someone in a wheelchair who doesn’t have use of her hands, I loved that my waiter kept walking by to refill my glass (it was never empty). I recommend this place for a cute little date night out or with a group of loved ones in celebration.“

“Really good upscale and authentic Mexican. Drinks are spot on. The deck in the warm months is very enjoyable. Indoor atmosphere needs a bit of work. Lower lighting and lots of candles would go along way! Definitely eat here!“

“Todo bien hoy, mi pedido lo recogí 15 minutos después de llamar, por cierto muy linda voz de la chica más que cajera parece secretaria 😂“
“The young woman who waits on me is the best. Great food, at reasonable prices. Buy tamales 8to12 at a time. (Take out) when we eat there the food is better than most full service Mexican restaurants. Not much for ambiance, but I don’t care, it’s all about the food!“
“These tacos absolutely blew us away. We got two birria, one chicken, and one villamelon. We both commented how good they were as soon as we started eating. They were seasoned well and so good that I instantly regretted not ordering four or five.
The birria was our favorite. My wife said the chicken was very good. I really loved the villamelon as well. It had a great crispy texture. I told my wife, next time we come to the area, I’m getting like five of those tacos.
The workers were very kind and the service was fast. Cannot wait to get more already!“

“Good ol' Baja Fresh. First time back to a Baja in About 10 years. The food is good, same as always. Burrito Ultimo is big, filling and tasty. Service was goid. Wasn't very busy at all. Seemed to be only 2 or 3 people working, which was sufficient for customer needs.“

“The only thing I get here is the machaca breakfast burrito and it is the best breakfast burrito! The beef if finely chopped and sautéed with bell peppers and onion. The hash browns are buttery and the egg and cheese bring everything together.“

“I recommend everything but the pozole. I've tried to order it 3 times, they've been out. I finally was able to get an order of it robot and it is not good at all. It's super sparse, the chicken is added after, all on a drumstick so the soup has no deep flavors. It looks like hominy water and tasted like bullion and that's it. I can't even eat it. Everything else I've had from here is amazing. Their tacos and burritos are delicious. Eat here but skip the soup.“

“IYKYK, These folks are local Carnitas powerhouse! However, I called ahead to place an order for a quesadilla Al-Pastor to go. It was ready in exactly 5 minutes like it was stated over the phone. I called ahead because I was on the run, from one errand to the next, all with tonights posada in mind. I was starving though and had planned to steal bites when it was safe to do so. I got in the car and its' scent over powered me. I gave in and took a bite. Time management was no longer at the forefront of my mind. Sustenance this good, deserved to be savored. So we sat in the parking lot, dipping the quesadilla between the good salsa verde we've all come to know and love, and the salsa roja--which was a milder version of a chile de arbol sauce. The tortilla was made from scratch, their selection of cheese was elevated beyond the common choice of Mozzerella most establishments use. I think it was an imported queso oaxaca if Im not mistaken. The Al-Pastor was well marinated and tasty. Did mention that I accompanied it with a seasonal agua fresca de mango?
Well, its been about 45 min since I parked and grabbed my quesadilla, while it was half the size of my to-go plates circumfrence. It wasnt sooo big that It would take me 45 minutes to enjoy. It actually only took me 7 minutes to eat. I savored it, but it was so delicious I devoured it at the same time.
All that being said, it was soo good-- I felt compelled to write this review. I also took a couple photos. Please keep in mind the photos are in my dimly lit car but even then my mouth still waters looking at them!“

“Mr Compadre (aka Señor Buddy) is part of an impressive parque de carritos in Fairview called the Fairview Fork. The facility includes ample indoor and outdoor seating, a full bar, and even a stage for karaoke et al.
To the tacos, though. The carnitas tacos were delicious, everything sparkling fresh and the meat itself a mix of crisped edges and unctuous tender bits. I appreciated the radishes and plentiful lime wedges.
The unexpected highlight here was the chile toreado. In my experience this is usually a deep fried whole chile. At Mr Compadre they split a large jalapeño and sear it on the plancha with some onion petals and plenty of salt. The chile and onions soak up the glaze left by the carnitas. It was easily the best tasting chile toreado I’ve had, and now I am curious how widely their preparation differs. I guess I am fixing to find out.
