I have a very divided family when it comes to food but this place exceeds our kids and our own expectations of good food that everyone likes (which never happens, lol) everything is fresh and High quality and nothing and with their own personal ingredients, you can't match any other place with it. Thank you for bringing back the salchi papas!!! I'm taking advantage of them for sure. For those who haven't tried this place , get on it because you're missing out!“

Outstanding Service from Jack at Red Robin – Wenatchee

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Red Robin in Wenatchee, and it was all thanks to our incredible server, Jack. From the moment we sat down, Jack went above and beyond to make our dinner special. His customer service was top-notch — attentive, friendly, and genuinely caring. He checked on us often (but not too much!) and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal.

Not only was Jack on point with service, but he also surprised us with extra fries and sauces, which was such a thoughtful touch. The food itself was very good — everything came out hot and fresh. The fries were crispy and delicious, and the mozzarella sticks were some of the best we’ve had in a while.

We were visiting Wenatchee from Seattle, and it was a meaningful trip for us — my grandma used to live here before she passed a few years ago. Jack’s warmth and hospitality truly made our visit extra memorable.

If you’re ever at this Red Robin, ask for Jack. He’s a gem and represents the very best in customer service. Thank you, Jack, for making our evening (and our trip) so special!“

“The food is top quality and my entire meal came out literally before my friend who ordered after me finished ordering. The staff is always friendly. They do their job well, but clearly aren't brainwashed by corporate overlords. Didn't try to force upsales or anything. They also play great music and have an immaculate vintage vibe

Parking: There's a large lot that's set up so you don't have to back into or out of any of the spots

Kid-friendliness: Plenty of kid-friendly options on the menu. It's clearly a family-oriented restaurant

Wheelchair accessibility: The doors are easily wide enough for someone with a wheelchair, though they are double doors so someone would need to help open them. There are no steps or curbs to prevent access to the door“

“I was dinning in with some friends while visiting. We had the most exceptional time with Javi. He made our whole group crack up laughing just by being so comfortable with us…felt like we were regulars. If I didn’t live in Ohio I would be a a regular of Javi’s….just the light joking made our experience there so enjoyable. Anytime I am visiting I will be back to see him. My friends that are local will be back regularly looking for him. I manage Applebee’s in Ohio and would love to have someone like Javi on my team. Just a exceptional experience“

“The strawberry cheesecake ice cream cake was mind-blowingly awesome ❣️🥇. The restaurant and bathrooms were so clean I think I saw my reflection in the floor, and the service was speedy and friendly. I was super impressed by how ridiculously helpful the staff was in saving me from cake catastrophe by helping me pick the perfect size and decorate a birthday cake on the fly. “A Buttery Chicken Biscuit, a Maple Bacon croissant and an order of Biscuit and Gravy today via mobile order. I picked up my order and drive through from a friendly smiling young lady. I took it home to eat. I was super happy with everything that I saw life I took it out of the bag. The crew did a fantastic job wrapping up those buttery croissant and biscuit without getting the butter all over the outside of the foil. They were nice and neatly wrapped and placed.. My Biscuit and Gravy was soft, had lots of sausage and had plenty of gravy despair. You can tell whoever put my order together actually took pride in thier job. I highly appreciated this! Too many times that fast food restaurant get a bad rap. I made sure to call in my at-a-boy compliment so that the store knew what a good job they did.“
