I have a very divided family when it comes to food but this place exceeds our kids and our own expectations of good food that everyone likes (which never happens, lol) everything is fresh and High quality and nothing and with their own personal ingredients, you can't match any other place with it. Thank you for bringing back the salchi papas!!! I'm taking advantage of them for sure. For those who haven't tried this place , get on it because you're missing out!“

Outstanding Service from Jack at Red Robin – Wenatchee

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Red Robin in Wenatchee, and it was all thanks to our incredible server, Jack. From the moment we sat down, Jack went above and beyond to make our dinner special. His customer service was top-notch — attentive, friendly, and genuinely caring. He checked on us often (but not too much!) and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal.

Not only was Jack on point with service, but he also surprised us with extra fries and sauces, which was such a thoughtful touch. The food itself was very good — everything came out hot and fresh. The fries were crispy and delicious, and the mozzarella sticks were some of the best we’ve had in a while.

We were visiting Wenatchee from Seattle, and it was a meaningful trip for us — my grandma used to live here before she passed a few years ago. Jack’s warmth and hospitality truly made our visit extra memorable.

If you’re ever at this Red Robin, ask for Jack. He’s a gem and represents the very best in customer service. Thank you, Jack, for making our evening (and our trip) so special!“

He made our whole group crack up laughing just by being so comfortable with us…felt like we were regulars. If I didn’t live in Ohio I would be a a regular of Javi’s….just the light joking made our experience there so enjoyable. Anytime I am visiting I will be back to see him. “My family and I went to dairy queen to find dinner tonight on our way back home to Olympia. The store manager charged me for extra Ranch dressing, didn't give me the shake I ordered for, didn't give my husband the French fries I ordered for him and didn't give my mother in law the hamburger she ordered! They also expected me to mix my vanilla ice cream with my rootbeer when I asked for a BLENDED Root Beer float! ALSO WAITED almost 25 minutes for my food when there was only 1 employee and 1 manager!“

“A Buttery Chicken Biscuit, a Maple Bacon croissant and an order of Biscuit and Gravy today via mobile order. I picked up my order and drive through from a friendly smiling young lady. I took it home to eat. I was super happy with everything that I saw life I took it out of the bag. The crew did a fantastic job wrapping up those buttery croissant and biscuit without getting the butter all over the outside of the foil. They were nice and neatly wrapped and placed.. My Biscuit and Gravy was soft, had lots of sausage and had plenty of gravy despair. You can tell whoever put my order together actually took pride in thier job. I highly appreciated this! Too many times that fast food restaurant get a bad rap. I made sure to call in my at-a-boy compliment so that the store knew what a good job they did.“
