“Well, we were at the firehouse sub. On keen road and we had just thought we had to kill some time. Have some lunch to finish wedding dress shopping for my daughter. We ordered our food out of 10 of us. I had waited 20 extra minutes while other people got their food before. I ever got mine. They totally forgot to put it in there. And the girl, it was with me that I bought her lunch. She ordered the hook. We'll hook-and-ladder with salad with the Turkey and ham, no Turkey and a ham. And so did another girl, the bride, no Turkey, no ham. She had to go back up and get it, and then he told her, Hey, she had to pay for the meat b*******, sorry about my cussing. When I asked where mine was, it was really kind of rude. Well, we're hurry, and we're really busy. Well, then, I said, well, when you get done I need to talk to you. Well, I didn't even get a chance to tell her all she kept doing was saying I'm sorry, gave a free sub free desserts to everybody, but that wasn't the point. The point is, she says she didn't have any help. They've only been 2 weeks then call in some help. And make sure you get the food, some of us should not even been charged for our food for what it was. And how late we got it, unfortunately, I will never eat at this one again and I have never had a bad service at a firehouse and sub. I am sorry for the pouty mouth. I had But I am not happy, and neither were any of the other girls. Oh, and attached, you will find the salad that she just continued to eat. Because she didn't want to have to go put it back up there and wait for the meat like it did with the other lady.“

“Isabel was very kind and welcoming, she not only made a very delicious sandwich, while she was making my sandwich and while I sat down to eat , She was guiding a new team member and teaching them in a very professional manner. She pays attention and multitasks very well. Throughout the time I was eating inside, she was very focused on getting everything on her list done but still took the time to have a very polite conversation with me. “My wife and I decided to try this place and we're so glad we did! We ordered the Deep Fried Shumai, Honey garlic chicken bowl, and Gyosa. I had never tried Shumai before and they were AMAZING! They were so crunchy on the outside and stuffed with a shrimp mix that was generous, flavorful, and rich. So glad we tried it!
The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and still moist on the inside. I could tell the chicken was much higher quality than you might get at a chain restaurant. The honey garlic sauce was delicious and I've been thinking about it ever since. I wish I had a whole bottle at home. The Gyosa passed my wife's very high standards of Gyosa greatness. What a great meal!
This place is a gem, and cost the same as the inferior chain restaurants. Give them a try, it's a no brainier.“

“We love five guys, only reason I’m doing 4 stars is because in one our orders they forgot our fries imagine how sad we were to have burgers with no fries?? That’s like Wingstop forgetting the ranch??
We had it delivered so there was nothing we could do.

I called the restaurant for our missing fries and the worker said he’d let his manager know and that the manager would call me back. It’s been like probably 2-3 months now and still no call 😆 oh well we still love five guys.“

“Yes, it's a fast food place but it is usually quite clean, the people are ALWAYS friendly, the prices are at least as reasonable as anywhere else and for fast food, it's actually pretty good. We usually get the chicken strips and I have never had a bad one. The burgers are fine too. We also like that they keep onion rings on the menu because sometimes you just don't feel like fries.
We've been there dozens of times and will go back any time we're in the area and looking for a decent fast food meal in a clean and friendly place.“

“I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food. I got chicken strips, fries with toast and gravy and everything was fresh and delicious. Not just one thing but even the toast was buttered right. I asked for fresh hot food and they delivered. If they keep serving good food I'll return. The other DQ on queensgate was like eating garbage. IT was stale, cold dry chicken too. I asked for fresh and even when I came in to get it redone they still gave me stale dry greasy old stale fries and chicken and barely gave me any fries. Gravy was cold. The worst. That was queensgate. The DQ on gage bvrd was the best. Everything was hot and fresh and the chicken was meaty and tender. They gave me tons of fries. All hot and fresh gravy too. I'll have to come all the way out there to get decent dq food bc the one on queensgate is terrible.“

“They appeared to be understaffed this morning
But the two women working were doing an excellent job
They took a while to get our order at the register, but the food was ready within a few minutes of ordering
The honey mustard was empty at the self service pump but they handed us some sauce cups from the back
They had forgotten the bbq sauce for our pulled pork sandwich but handed us a sauce when we asked for it.

I didn’t like that they didn’t have hats or hairnets, but they were well groomed and had their hair up so it wasn’t a problem“

“This review is a little late but better late than never.
I have lived in Richland for 10 years now and was happy to find Mod Pizza several years ago.
I am a bit of a pizza snob and have been a fan of Roundtable pizza for my entire life. However, lately they have priced themselves out of the market.
I was super happy to find such a gem of a restaurant with friendly people, amazing ingredients, and a really fair price.
Since then MOD has become my go-to pizza place.
Anyway, I m used to long lead times and so on Halloween I ordered a couple of pizzas early to pick up around 4:00 PM to avoid the rush and prior to the trick or treaters showing up.
I was surprised to see that the place was not as busy as expected and my order was ready ahead of time.
The folks working were so polite and welcoming as usual and I hope this restaurant stays around for a long time.
I have a few things I like to hope are around the places I move to and MOD is definitely one of those!“

“Went gor dinner, again. This is a great cheap dinner option... a little out of the way for us, but worth it every couple of months.We had a regular/medium cajun chicken sandwich and chips to go.Tables were dirty, otherwise it was very good. ?“

“The staff tonight was fantastic. My son had a little mishap in the restraunt and he went to the counter to let them know and they thanked him for his honesty and gave him a cookie! He was also pretty indesicive when choosing his food and the gentleman that helped us let him try a couple samples to narrow it down. All in all, great experience 10/10. We will be back for sure! “I enjoy these sandwiches. I had a #5 with everything. I thought the guy making my sandwich took his time, applied the right amount of toppings, and everything was fresh. Employees looked like they were happy. Family of three, we got out with drinks, chips, and three sandwiches for almost $60. That part sucks. Also, the seating, very small footprint, ate outside at Starbucks. No issues.“

“I have a high tomato allergy and normally have a hard time with finding places to eat that will make sure no tomato cross contamination happens. They really step up here and make sure. Taylor (staff) not only remembers my sandwich that I order, but also the tomato allergy. Yesterday I was having a bad day, very tired because I've been caring for my mom that just had brain surgery. I locked my keys in my car. Taylor called to see if she could get me help. She is awesome at customer service and as long as you have friendly, helpful staff, I will be there eating!! “I lived on subway in my teens. I've mostly sworn the stuff off due to my health but decided to give it a try. Menu is completely different. Stuff is renamed, the staff seems confused like it was never any different (i chalk this up to being 10-15 years older than them). Overall it still tastes the same.“

“There is a subway a half mile from my work but I drive the extra 3 miles just for the service at this Subway. Jennifer is always happy and friendly. All the staff members at this Subway are fast and eager to help their customers. I would highly recommend this restaurant.“
