“Well, we were at the firehouse sub. On keen road and we had just thought we had to kill some time. Have some lunch to finish wedding dress shopping for my daughter. We ordered our food out of 10 of us. I had waited 20 extra minutes while other people got their food before. I ever got mine. They totally forgot to put it in there. And the girl, it was with me that I bought her lunch. She ordered the hook. We'll hook-and-ladder with salad with the Turkey and ham, no Turkey and a ham. And so did another girl, the bride, no Turkey, no ham. She had to go back up and get it, and then he told her, Hey, she had to pay for the meat b*******, sorry about my cussing. When I asked where mine was, it was really kind of rude. Well, we're hurry, and we're really busy. Well, then, I said, well, when you get done I need to talk to you. Well, I didn't even get a chance to tell her all she kept doing was saying I'm sorry, gave a free sub free desserts to everybody, but that wasn't the point. The point is, she says she didn't have any help. They've only been 2 weeks then call in some help. And make sure you get the food, some of us should not even been charged for our food for what it was. And how late we got it, unfortunately, I will never eat at this one again and I have never had a bad service at a firehouse and sub. I am sorry for the pouty mouth. I had But I am not happy, and neither were any of the other girls. Oh, and attached, you will find the salad that she just continued to eat. Because she didn't want to have to go put it back up there and wait for the meat like it did with the other lady.“

“The restaurants concept is unique and delicious. You must try the potato tornado! The honey garlic chicken is felt lacked flavor. The tvs just loop comercials for another business. I wish they actually played something you would want to watch.“

“Yes, it's a fast food place but it is usually quite clean, the people are ALWAYS friendly, the prices are at least as reasonable as anywhere else and for fast food, it's actually pretty good. We usually get the chicken strips and I have never had a bad one. The burgers are fine too. We also like that they keep onion rings on the menu because sometimes you just don't feel like fries.
We've been there dozens of times and will go back any time we're in the area and looking for a decent fast food meal in a clean and friendly place.“

“I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food. I got chicken strips, fries with toast and gravy and everything was fresh and delicious. Not just one thing but even the toast was buttered right. I asked for fresh hot food and they delivered. If they keep serving good food I'll return. The other DQ on queensgate was like eating garbage. IT was stale, cold dry chicken too. I asked for fresh and even when I came in to get it redone they still gave me stale dry greasy old stale fries and chicken and barely gave me any fries. Gravy was cold. The worst. That was queensgate. The DQ on gage bvrd was the best. Everything was hot and fresh and the chicken was meaty and tender. They gave me tons of fries. All hot and fresh gravy too. I'll have to come all the way out there to get decent dq food bc the one on queensgate is terrible.“

But the two women working were doing an excellent job
They took a while to get our order at the register, but the food was ready within a few minutes of ordering
The honey mustard was empty at the self service pump but they handed us some sauce cups from the back
They had forgotten the bbq sauce for our pulled pork sandwich but handed us a sauce when we asked for it.

I didn’t like that they didn’t have hats or hairnets, but they were well groomed and had their hair up so it wasn’t a problem“

Employees looked like they were happy. Family of three, we got out with drinks, chips, and three sandwiches for almost $60. That part sucks. Also, the seating, very small footprint, ate outside at Starbucks. No issues.“

“The staff tonight was fantastic. My son had a little mishap in the restraunt and he went to the counter to let them know and they thanked him for his honesty and gave him a cookie! “I have a high tomato allergy and normally have a hard time with finding places to eat that will make sure no tomato cross contamination happens. They really step up here and make sure. Taylor (staff) not only remembers my sandwich that I order, but also the tomato allergy. Yesterday I was having a bad day, very tired because I've been caring for my mom that just had brain surgery. I locked my keys in my car. Taylor called to see if she could get me help. She is awesome at customer service and as long as you have friendly, helpful staff, I will be there eating!! “Food was good. The drink fountain sprayed water all over me, which I don't mind too much but I worry about other people being annoyed. When getting a second to-go order, we did not get a cup. When we asked, a lady looked annoyed and practically threw the plastic cup at us and didn't look. We also saw her making annoyed faces after turning around, away from customers when they'd ask for something.“

“A very small but busy McDonald’s. There are very few places to dine in here. Coded bathrooms are a mystery to me here but nonetheless a requirement for them, and they won’t just give you the code - you have to wait for someone to unlock them for you. Also, service inside seems crazy slow but the drive thru is highly efficient and recommended.“
