“Ordered 3 of the Thanksgiving subs with double meat and the gravy to go, got home and no gravy no double meat. Called and complained they offered to remake the subs but I didn’t need 3 extra subs, asked about a partial refund but they would have needed the card on site, so I figured if I had to go back either way I just asked if I could get the rest of the meat. No problem went and picked it up and was offered a soda for free, got home and they didn’t just make up the difference in the amount of meat, they sent 3 cookies and double meat, so we ended up with triple meat. They didn’t just make it right, they went above and beyond. Thank you Firehouse Subs West Richland!“

“Bruchis is my family’s go to restaurant for lunch! The service is always phenomenal. The staff is friendly and on top of ordering. I appreciate the simple things Bruchis does well like giving you ENOUGH FRY SAUCE WITHOUT HAVING TO ASK FOR EXTRA. I always order a salad and a kids combo for my daughter and I. They have the consistency down. Out of at least 10 orders there has never not been a fork in my salad container. There have always been 3 fry sauces in my daughters meal which she so very much appreciates, and we are always given napkins. It’s refreshing to go through a drive through and not have to dig through the order looking for errors after the bag is handed to you. Well done Bruchis!“

“I’ve been readying a lot about Jersey Mike’s so finally decided to give it a try at their Kennewick store. If ownership/management reads this review please note that I was welcomed with a “welcome to Jersey Mike’s” from one of the staff the second I walked in the door. Awesome first impression. They were busy, so a few more people entered behind me, and everyone was welcomed with the same warm greeting. The three people working 6:35pm on July 12th you should be proud of. I ordered a Roast Beef and Provolone Mike’s way and it was fantastic. This is a well managed first class operation with excellent food and I will be back!“

“There is a subway a half mile from my work but I drive the extra 3 miles just for the service at this Subway. Jennifer is always happy and friendly. All the staff members at this Subway are fast and eager to help their customers. I would highly recommend this restaurant.“

“I have a high tomato allergy and normally have a hard time with finding places to eat that will make sure no tomato cross contamination happens. They really step up here and make sure. Taylor (staff) not only remembers my sandwich that I order, but also the tomato allergy. Yesterday I was having a bad day, very tired because I've been caring for my mom that just had brain surgery. I locked my keys in my car. Taylor called to see if she could get me help. She is awesome at customer service and as long as you have friendly, helpful staff, I will be there eating!!
