“I just have to praise this place… it’s probably the only chain/fast food restaurant that has never let me down and never makes mistakes on my orders. They’ve somehow cracked the code on getting it right every time and I wish they’d share their formula with other fast food restaurants.
The delivery drivers are always quick and friendly.
I only give 4 stars instead of 5 because I reported an error on their app several times in the past couple years and it’s still not fixed.
Anyway, great job to the team at this location!“

“Don't order a salad online. You will not get enough to eat. Stick with a sandwich. I didn't get much of the veggies I asked for except for about two slices of cucumber and some olives. Plenty of whole meat that I had to cut with a knife.“

“We eat at Subway quite a bit, and this one is one of the best we've been to. The guy making our sandwiches was super chill and personable. He talked to a few other regular customers that he seemed to know, and even knew what they normally ordered! Clean bathrooms. I wish all food places had this kind of service. We'll definitely be coming back to this location.“

“Waited patiently as this shop reworked the old Lyon's Den coffee house here in Bothell, and when I found they were open I went and had them make me a sandwich. And then another. And then a third, and now I'm on a fourth (the joker dip) as I write this review. Because they're just that good. I don't go there daily (I don't want to tire of them!), but what with them being across the street from the post office where my mail goes, it's not only an easy stop, it's a winner as far as the food. Food is quite tasty, staff are wonderful and friendly. This isn't fancy, interior is mostly a no-frills vibe, but you will not regret getting a sandwich from these guys. For any New Yorkers reading this or similarly inclined to this end, if you want your Durkee turkey you gotta buy your own Durkee sauce for home; sorry, I don't make the rules, and I don't know of any sandwich shop in Seattle that carries the sauce.“

“6/2025 - Overall, I enjoyed the food. Not the Halo Halo. Crispy chicken sandwich and sisig fries were big portions. The Fili bistek was too salty for my liking. I believe there was another poster that said the same thing. I do not recommend the Halo Halo because it was just full of ice and not even the nice shave ice either. It was crunchy grainy ice that was hard to drink/eat. I had to wait for the whole thing to melt before I could really eat it. By the time the whole thing melted, I realized there was barely any chunky contents such as jelly or fruits to justify the price at $10. Have you ever had Vietnamese che (from places such as Bambu)? You get a whole cup of solid contents! I was so disappointed with this halo halo that i just have to write this review to relieve some of that disappointment and frustration.“

“I really enjoy getting my breakfast here—it’s become a go-to for me. The tuna sandwich is always a solid choice: fresh, satisfying, and super tasty. But what really stands out is their kimbap. It’s not always available, so if you see it, definitely try it. It’s hands down better than anything I’ve had in Seattle, Hmart, or even Trader Joe’s. Recently I’ve started trying out the bagels too. I love all the foods here. 🤩
The owners are so kind and welcoming. They always greet you with a warm smile, which makes the experience even better. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back—not just for the food, but for the people too.“

“Wow, my coworkers told me about Tubs! The sandwich was absolutely delicious!
Coming from the East Coast, I’m picky about bread, but theirs was perfect. Honestly, I feel stupid for not ordering an extra full-size sandwich to take home!
