“El Maestro del Taco has truly spectacular food. The flavors remind me so much of meals I’ve had in Mexico, and the restaurant is often filled with members of the local Mexican community - which says a lot about how authentic and delicious it is.

The carne asada burrito without beans is my absolute favorite, but I’ve also tried several tortas and sopas with different meats, and everything has been SO good. The staff are kind, and the whole place has a fun, lively, and interesting vibe.

The only reasons I’m giving four stars instead of five are that parking is often challenging, seating is limited, and food can take quite a while when they get busy. Honestly, though, it is absolutely worth the wait. This place has incredible food!“

“Their food is delicious and authentic, the customer service is always great and I love the decor. The last time I was there, I had this delicious drink in the picture, I think it was called El Diablito. It was like a tamarind slushy with a hint of spicy. Very refreshing and yummy! I highly recommend this hidden gem.“

“I just recently started coming back to this restaurant. There was a change in menu and certain items which led me to stop eating here. Funny thing is the recent menu changes that they have made is what drew me back to this restaurant. Good food at a reasonable price! I do have favorites when it comes to this restaurant I love carne asada tacos, birria tacos, and sopas. Their sauces are delicious and the staff is friendly. If you're looking for a good meal at an affordable price this is where you'll find it. Not only that , they've added an abundance of menu items that I look forward to trying in the future.“

“One of the best places you can go. The hours change because of it is not getting enough business on 8th they can't afford to have the second truck there.

If you have never stopped by, I can assure you that the quality of the food, the customer service, it's truly the best around. And you get to support a local family operated business. My favorite is the the burrito. They are packed completely full and are so delicious. I live way up north now, but still come down an hour to eat here. It's my favorite. They are so friendly and fast and good at what they do.“

The food waa well packed and she gave us detailed instructions on how to serve (very much appreciated). The food was a hit and the quantity was appropriate. We have ordered cakes in the past and always relied on her for suggestions for flavor as well as size. This was the first time we ordered food and we are glad we did.“

Made to order items sandwiches quinoa bowls rice bowls lots. Also salad bars hot food bars lots and lots of options should be able to find whatever you would want there.“

No exaggeration, it looked like someone grabbed a little tiny pinch with two fingers. The second time I went I made sure to ask for extra cheese to avoid this. And once again I was hardly given any cheese at all. Cheese is a main part of nachos so I’m confused as to why they barely give any. Lost my business over some cheese. The very first time I went there the food was amazing with zero complaints but after back to back issues with getting very little to no cheese I’ll never be back.“

She was so friendly, welcoming, and made sure everything was perfect from the moment I walked in. She was patient while taking my order, answered all of my questions, and made me feel like a valued customer. The food and drinks came out quickly, was fresh, and tasted amazing.
