“Wildly surprised by the quality and taste of the food! I was skeptical as cafes in/near museums don’t always have the best food and rely on convenience for patronage. I would happily go back just to eat their fry bread again! Somewhat expensive as you pay over $8 for one fry bread taco but it was so good that I went back and ordered a 2nd taco after finishing the first. The food came out quickly and we barely had to wait. Pleasantly surprised with the vegetarian options!“

“Excellent tacos. I work in Ballard and these are hands down my favorite quick tacos to get after work or on a lunch break. I just sucked down 3 and felt compelled to write a review from my desk. Great mom and pop liquor store too so you can grab a six pack and a few tacos. You will not be disappointed. Carnitas and Al Pastor are my fav. We have done the big taco catering plate for work events. Salsa Verde is delicious. Go support them!“

“Malena's is my favorite taco in Seattle. The burritos are HUGE and the tacos (hard shell) are delicious. Guacamole is legit and i could eat their salsas with everything. Cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. Rolled tacos as good as Olvera street in LA. Burritos put chain stores to shame. Such good food and freshly prepared to order.“

Never had a taco fried shut like this before, kinda reminds me of a clamshell. Would love to try a burrito or something a bit more substantial next time.“

“Beautiful truck, my boss had him cater our Christmas party. Every one of the tacos is fantastic! Even the vegetarian squash taco was super flavorful. All homemade, mild and hot salsas. Some of the best authentic tacos I've had in my life. Local family who you could tell put love into their food. A must try:)

The last time I was there, I had this delicious drink in the picture, I think it was called El Diablito. It was like a tamarind slushy with a hint of spicy. Very refreshing and yummy! “I just recently started coming back to this restaurant. There was a change in menu and certain items which led me to stop eating here. Funny thing is the recent menu changes that they have made is what drew me back to this restaurant. Good food at a reasonable price! I do have favorites when it comes to this restaurant I love carne asada tacos, birria tacos, and sopas. Their sauces are delicious and the staff is friendly. If you're looking for a good meal at an affordable price this is where you'll find it. Not only that , they've added an abundance of menu items that I look forward to trying in the future.“

“I had the veggie green wet burrito recently. The food was tasty and the service friendly. I wish the veggie burrito had fajita veggies or avocado or something apart from rice, beans and cheese. The cost was the same and the meat was just excluded. The habenero salsa that I tried with the burrito and the green sauce on the burrito were both delicious.“

“Food is good but if you want cheese on your nachos go somewhere else. I ordered nachos and only got a pinch of cheese. No exaggeration, it looked like someone grabbed a little tiny pinch with two fingers. The second time I went I made sure to ask for extra cheese to avoid this. And once again I was hardly given any cheese at all. Cheese is a main part of nachos so I’m confused as to why they barely give any. Lost my business over some cheese. The very first time I went there the food was amazing with zero complaints but after back to back issues with getting very little to no cheese I’ll never be back.“

According to my husband he always has a great vibe, and his service was great today as well 😊 We got the new hot ones munchie meal and it was definitely worth it, plus he gave us a good laugh.
