“My husband and I stopped here and tried the chocolate covered cherry latte, the Dubai chocolate latte and the vanilla bean latte, all three were absolutely tasty! What a great coffee shop!!! “I was having a bad day and ordered via drive thru. Then, as I was preparing to pay had realized I didn't have my wallet. I asked to hold my order to run home and get my wallet. The person working it, Sage, was incredibly kind offered me my sandwich in good faith that I'd come back to pay. It genuinely meant so much to me, but even more so when I came back to pay and get my drink to find a note on my drink that has me in tears.If you're reading this Sage. “DePere location Listen, I've been coming Here since I moved to the area and always loved the bakery and quality of it. Customer service was usually spot on as well. NORMALLY, I do not not go on to bash a business that I generally love. But today I had it, since Mike has passed the quality just isn't there but I kept going and buying especially when family would come to visit. This time I was in on Saturday 10/5/24. I was asked how many I would be getting. I told the girl I am not sure but it will be at least 10 or more. Which It was, I spent 63$ in there. I came home with 2 large boxes and one small one because i wanted the cookie that i ordered to be separated. It was for my nephew that is younger. Those 2 larger boxes could have been made into 3! I will inclose a picture of the poor packing and now donuts that are mush and squashed. I don't want to be cruel and say it was their lack of common sense or was it laziness? 63$ and that's what we get? Is that how customers and your product is treated? Carelessness ontop of other things I could say. Perhaps I should have looked it over before leaving, but I think if I did the helper would have grown more impatient than she already was and probably damage my bakery even worse/more.“

“08/29/24. My husband and I are visiting Green Bay for a national rally. Googled restaurants near me and Copper State Brewing Co came up first. Bonus that it was an 10 minute walk. Love the food, love the beer, and loves our server, Stacy. She's was the sweetest person. Treat her well! Thanks for the great time. Telling all our friends and we'll be back!!💗💗💗💗💗 We went back 08/30/24 because we enjoyed the food and beer so much. Hannah was our server. We love her too! 08/31/24. Our last day in Green Bay and we had to say goodbye properly with a couple of beers at our new favorite GB place. Another great server, Sarah. We love her too! The place across the street could learn a lot about customer service from the servers here! Just saying 💋“

“I haven't been to this location in 4 years, and I was pleasantly surprised when I came back to Green Bay for a weekend, it was my first coffee stop. Thank you to AVA who was extremely helpful, polite, and I could tell that she really enjoys her job. Much better than Starbucks! The coffee was great and so was the mall. Next time I come back to visit, I will stop again. Definitely recommend!“

“I order on the app for in store pick up (to avoid chances of longer lines) several times a week and always order the same thing. Hit or miss on how well it’s prepared but usually it is fine. Not the best, not the worst. I’ve had to wait beyond latest pick up time a handful of times to see them engrossed in conversation and I end up late to my appointment. Not the end of the world but is frustrating at the time. This is completely not their fault (I imagine) but why does it still smell so bad in the front?! Makes me sick so I avoid breathing while walking in or go thru the side door. Noticed it since day one as I’ve been coming since they opened and thought it was new building stuff but not so much at this point.“

“First time eating at PhoComa. You Order and pay first. Then you get a number and you find a table to sit at. Self serve for water, but I didn’t mind it. We ordered spring rolls and 2 large pho bowls. Spring roll portion size was very generous and it tasted really good. Large bowl was a pretty decent size. Let’s just say that we were STUFFED! We also ordered a bubble tea with the tapioca balls to go. You get a huge smoothie for $6 and it comes in a plastic sealed can that you have to open up like a soda can. I loved that because there was no way I would be spilling that. Overall, food was great and so was the price!“

In fact it it is pretty good compared to what you could get from some hostess bag in a grocery store. Also nice temperature inside the store and it’s clean and well kept.“

Not only did the cashier (team leader) remember my family from the last time we visited (awhile ago), she even remembered our small talk discussion how we both grew up in the same small town. What an amazing worker you have to have such a great memory and customer service skills. She excels in building relationships with customers and you should be so proud to have her as part of your team. In addition she made my boys day; when I said ‘no’ to buying a cake pop, she leaned towards my youngest and whispered to him that she’d get them both one, and it’d be her treat. My boys were so grateful for the kindness she showed. They even talked Pokémon with her (something they love)! Thank you so much for such an amazing experience tonight. You all are amazing.“

“The staff has always been friendly except for one person who I haven't seen in a while, so I'm thinking they no longer work here. The rest have always been kind and my drink is always perfect. I get matcha lattes and at other starbucks, in my area they are never as good as they are from this specific starbucks location. They mix it very well. The only thing I wish could be different are prices, but I understand the staff has no control over that, so high rating! Hang in there & Thanks ♡

“I never go inside at this location I always drive through. I have never had any issues with my purchases. I frequently order a drive through pick up in the app and never wait long for my beverage. Staff are always friendly and helpful with questions. The area around the outside of the building is always clean and tidy.“
