Al. Ringling Brewing Co. Reviews
We visited Ringling Brew House for an early fish fry and had a bit of a mixed experience. The food itself was good—the fish was well-prepared and flavorful. However, our sides were incorrect, and we didn’t receive the rolls that were listed on the menu, which was a little disappointing.
The beer was enjoyable, but the menu was out of date per the server. We were told several options we were interested in weren’t available, and it felt like a guessing game with the...read full review
Sorry to report our recent visit was disappointing. Food was terrible- cold, unseasoned FFrys, burger unseasoned and well done vs tasty and med- rare. BBQ was a greasy, flat- bunned mess. Chx tenders were heartburn accelerators. Empanadas were limited to 2 of 8 offerings. Staff added a 20% service charge for our group of six despite our accommodating the poor food and limited selection. I can no longer recommend this spot- sorry Baraboobians!
AL Ringling Brewing recently hosted a retirement party for us and it was perfect! The food was great, and the bar staff could not have been nicer! The service throughout the night was excellent. We couldn’t have had a better time. Thank you Al Ringling!

Al. Ringling Brewing Co. offers a unique and charming experience with a variety of great craft beers and delicious food. The restaurant is filled with old Circus memorabilia, adding to its appeal. The English Porter and Bourbon barrel aged beers stand out as fantastic choices. The empanadas, especially the shrimp one, are a favorite among the dishes. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about the beers they serve, with bartenders like Josh and Tyler providing excellent service. The historic mansion connected to the brewery adds to the overall experience, with guided tours available that highlight its cool history. The place has a vintage and punk charm, featuring a large bar with LED and Neon lighting, and an outside drinking and smoking section. The atmosphere is fun and lively, making it a memorable spot to visit. Prices are reasonable, and the option to stay in the mansion adds a fun twist. Overall, the brewery is a gem for beer lovers and those who enjoy a blend of history, great food, and a unique atmosphere.
