“Always a fun time. Have not tried the pizza but I hear it's the best. We go to the Gem every time we visit Baraboo, great place to chill and have a drink. Bartenders are very friendly. You don't want to miss this one if you are in town.“

“Two guys running the place the evening I was there and both very friendly and accommodating and although they did start making the wrong pizza because the name of the pizza was very similar to another one but they immediately offered to make me the right one. And offered to let me have an additional topping with a coupon I had which they certainly did not have to do. But that was just a very nice added bonus. Very cheesy and delicious. I never had a pizza there I didn't like. And the big bonus for some of us people is that they do take food stamps! That's a big bonus, especially for people who are really just scraping by! Wish I knew I was going to be making this review. I would have taken pictures“

“I’m not sure if this is the right location, but if there is a Chloe here, who unfortunately had to help out at a Madison location this past weekend, this review is for her.

The Madison location is an absolute nightmare, but Chloe did amazing under so much pressure and did an absolutely wonderful job after being talked to so poorly by other customers. She had no control over their complaints, as it was all about the manager and kitchen staff who all just walked out I guess?

This location is 100% better simply because she’s there. I trust that a good worker like her comes from a good team, so this store much have a very pleasant staff.“

“We visited this location during a Friday night dinner rush on 7/19. It was quite busy and the staff was busting their backs to keep up. Although it was so busy it was hard for them to keep up (I’ve def seen way more staff in busy locations like this one so maybe something to consider) they all seemed to keep a smile on their face and were very polite. The variety of pizza was lacking due to so many customer orders on the bar. I think pizza ranch needs to address their special orders policy during such busy hours (maybe limit it if possible). Anyways overall good experience!“
