32 Best Pizza Restaurants near Deforest

“Be it food or service both are top notch.“

“Pizza is good as all food goes, and the service is really good. I ordered a pizza and it showed up in around 15 minutes. Always a great option for a party. The desserts are to die for, and they always are concistant with their orders bringing the food in good shape. The staff is kind, and they apologize if they run late. I usually pick this option for convenience and comfort. Nobody outpizzas the hut, and they are true.“

“The pizza is always great but this review is about the employees at the Deforest, WI location. I ordered a pizza on the way home from a long trip my eta being 15 minutes before they closed. A traffic problem occurred and delayed me. One of the employees called me and I explained the issue and that I wouldn't make it until 15 minutes after they closed. They stayed until I got there! This weary traveler didn't have to find another plan for dinner because of their employees commitment to customer service! Hats off to them and the store management who instilled their customer first attitude in the employees.“

“Came around noon and got a combo 1 with pepperoni. Was told it would be a 5 minute wait for the slice which was fine with me. It took a little longer but it was also a bit busy. Despite that, the young lady who took my order gave me fresh breadsticks with my fresh pepperoni slice! I haven’t been to a Rocky’s in a while and it definitely did not disappoint!“

“A&W combined with Rocky Rococo's pizza. Plenty of seating, but they are ancient and not very comfortable. Service on the slow side for a Friday and not that many people in line. Friendly staff. The overall has station is being renovated so maybe they will buy some new benches with functional springs.“

“We love bringing out of town friends to Sal's. We had the Valentine's menu and it was the best food we've had in years! Tameka was amazing and the food came out so quick. Clean plates all day!“

“Great pizza. Perfectly charred underneath. Some of The most flavorful pizza sauce I’ve had in Madison. All around delicious“

“BEST PIZZA I have ever had! They have great burgers soup, salads, appetizers and pastas too. Definitely coming back.“

“I recommend Anna Pizza if your in the area. I myself have problems with my stomach and have to be on a KETO DIET and I order a very thin crust. I may not eat the crust but there topping and cheese are so delicious and good and they don't bother my tummy either. I think it's because they must use real or high quality products. I love there Pizza. I myself give them 5 stars.“

“the chicken dinners in the tiramisu“

“The restaurant was extremely busy on Valentine’s Day but our order was ready on time. The food as always was delicious and service was still great despite being so busy.“

“Excellent pizza, we’ve never had a bad experience (ordering more than just pizza), and we’ve been 10+ times!“

“I Normally grab a slice or salad for lunch but won a free large pizza on the rewards app, so ordered dinner for carry out. Called to order and staff was very helpful and friendly. Order was ready promptly, and when I went in to pick up, I noticed the clean restaurant with cute decor and even an ice cream station. Pizza was hot & fresh and crust was pleasantly crisp compared to the boxed slices I usually get. We all loved the sauce and toppings, and my 94 year old father in law declared it “the best pizza I’ve had in a very long time”. Will definitely be back!“

“I’m so thankful I discovered Zoe’s! It’s like having Ian’s pizza but with way better crust. 🤣❤️ I get my nails done in Waunakee and my nail girl told me about this place. Bet I come here every time I get my nails done! Today I had their special - chorizo - and when I say it was BOMB I mean it!!! This pizza is so dang good, and every flavor I try has been consistently delicious. 🍕 😍 lunch prices are amazing too! I highly recommend giving this place a try even just for a slice.“

“Absolutely wonderful pizza! Highly recommend the Barbie! Now my Friday night go to. No cooking at my home on Fridays 😊“

“Very good pizza and chicken. The ladies in there are always so nice too !“

“What a great little hidden gem! Great drinks, gourmet food, amazing staff and we even got to meet the owner, Steve! Very friendly atmosphere. We will definitely be back!!“

“Zero late night fights …at times that skunky smell can b a good thing…“

“For what it is, MOD works. It will never be five star dining. Pizza quality varies depending on who is making it. It is usually pretty fast, and tastes all right. There is better pizza in town, if you want great pizza. If you just want a decent lunch, this is where you go.“

“★☆☆☆☆ – Consistently Disappointing Experience Disappointment every single time — whether dining in or ordering delivery. The food quality is consistently poor, and any time you try to offer constructive feedback, the owner, Adam, becomes defensive and dismissive. Instead of addressing concerns, he’ll tell you that you “don’t know what you’re talking about” and promise to refund your order — a promise he never follows through on. This is by far the worst Glass Nickel Pizza location I’ve experienced. With so many better pizza options in Sun Prairie, I regret giving them multiple chances. Do yourself a favor: reheat a frozen pizza. It’ll taste better, and you won’t have to deal with Adam’s attitude.“

“Always loved Papa Murphy's Take and bake! They get my order right every time, and our prompt for my pickup time. My favorite is the hawaiian, plus mushrooms.... YUM!
I can get two 16-in pizzas for about $30, that's a deal!“

“love there pizza and you cant get unlimited toppings“

“the online ordering was a breeze and pick up was ready exactly when they said it would be. the za itself is fantastic, we ordered one thin crust and one hand tossed and they were both wonderful. we will definitely be back!“

“Hey hi ooo uh hi r go ouo I vhi hi Gus“

“05AUG2025.

Not sure why this place received such poor reviews but I have to disagree. I am a huge pizza lover and this hit the spot!

Customer service was great and with a smile.

Picked up a duo pepperoni slice around noon. The slice was soft, cheese was plenty, sauce had the right level of seasoning, and the dough was airy and light.

Perhaps it tasted so good because of the time of day. The lady behind the counter did inform me that all the slices were fresh.

I'd urge you to pick up a slice around noon and see for yourself.“

“I have been too many, many different restaurants trying different things and this restaurant is like a One-Stop shop for everything you would want. It doesn't matter what type that you're looking for. These guys have it and they're very good. They're very respectful. They're enjoyable to be around. They're very, very affordable and I would recommend this 100% of the time every time. You don't need to go anywhere else. They have pretty much anything you would want. I would recommend them every time“

“The chicken and potatoes were delicious! The salad bar is amazing! Pizza is awesome and dessert cookie pizza is delicious!! Pizza ranch certainly is “all that” and then some“

“We ordered through uber eats and when our order just disappeared this store drove far to come to us. Not only once but twice . Wyatt came the second time again because of uber eats screw up. I'm so impressed in his customer service. You can't teach that because it's either in your heart or it isn't. I'm a retired account executive and Wyatt really impressed me!!!! If he's treated right he'll help your company go far. Thank you for doing what you did because it wasn't your mistake but you made it better 2 times.“

“Gas station with plenty of pumps and parking. With 3 restaurants inside. Rocky Rocco, Cousins Subs, and A & W Rootbeer. Pretty quick no matter which counter of food you want. Plenty of restaurant seating. Gas station has everything you need for snacks and drinks. Right off the interstate.“

“Have not been there in a long time, decided to stop in and we’re glad we did. The restaurant was super clean, and the staff was friendly! While we waited the owner came out and introduced himself. It was such a nice gesture to see how proud he was of his store and the recent improvements. He stated he recently took ownership of this restaurant. He talked highly of his staff and you could see the respect was truly given! We were impressed by the food and by the character of the owner and the employees. While this may have been just grabbing a quick pizza it was definitely a business model others should take note of. Way to go East Side Madison Toppers!“

“Thank you for donating pizzas to the firefighters, EMS, police crews at the Patrick Marsh Middle school during last night’s devastation!!! Pizza! Pizza!!!“
