“Went in tonight at a little after 5pm to a completely packed store. Must have been 10-15 in line ahead of me. Two workers. Sounds like a complete disaster, right?Nope. These two were on top if it. They kept everything moving, and after a little while the manager showed up and hopped right in to help out.It took about 20 minutes to get my pizzas, but I have no complaints. I was very impressed with how well the manager handled everything, and the three of them cranked through the pile of orders while still remaining friendly, courteous, and professional.We don't eat here super often, just because there are plenty of other pizza places that do the cooking for you, and when I'm hungry, I don't want extra steps. But I've never been so impressed with a crew before, and we are definitely going to make this a frequent stop.Keep up the excellent work!“

“Pizza is good as all food goes, and the service is really good. I ordered a pizza and it showed up in around 15 minutes. Always a great option for a party. The desserts are to die for, and they always are concistant with their orders bringing the food in good shape. The staff is kind, and they apologize if they run late. I usually pick this option for convenience and comfort. Nobody outpizzas the hut, and they are true.“

“OMG we had a rip snorting time at the ski hill and were starving. My daughter came up the the wonderful idea of grabbing some pizza and having a milkshake. So we stopped at this location and did exactly that. Lisa knocked it out of the park with great service asking how we were feeling today. Then she made one of the best milkshakes ever!!! Yummy! I highly recommend this spot for a nice and convenient stop for some great tasting food!!!“

Unfortunately was unable able to try many items other than the corn dog bites I only asked for 5 but was given 10 since the place was about to close for the night. The employee who attended me on 6/13/26 was very friendly and appreciative.

“I Normally grab a slice or salad for lunch but won a free large pizza on the rewards app, so ordered dinner for carry out. Called to order and staff was very helpful and friendly. Order was ready promptly, and when I went in to pick up, I noticed the clean restaurant with cute decor and even an ice cream station. Pizza was hot & fresh and crust was pleasantly crisp compared to the boxed slices I usually get. We all loved the sauce and toppings, and my 94 year old father in law declared it “the best pizza I’ve had in a very long time”. Will definitely be back!“

“For what it is, MOD works. It will never be five star dining. Pizza quality varies depending on who is making it. It is usually pretty fast, and tastes all right. There is better pizza in town, if you want great pizza. If you just want a decent lunch, this is where you go.“

“I have been too many, many different restaurants trying different things and this restaurant is like a One-Stop shop for everything you would want. It doesn't matter what type that you're looking for. These guys have it and they're very good. They're very respectful. They're enjoyable to be around. Not sure why this place received such poor reviews but I have to disagree. I am a huge pizza lover and this hit the spot!

Customer service was great and with a smile.

Picked up a duo pepperoni slice around noon. The slice was soft, cheese was plenty,sauce had the right level of seasoning, and the dough was airy and light.

Perhaps it tasted so good because of the time of day. The lady behind the counter did inform me that all the slices were fresh.

I'd urge you to pick up a slice around noon and see for yourself.“

“Have not been there in a long time, decided to stop in and we’re glad we did. The restaurant was super clean, and the staff was friendly! While we waited the owner came out and introduced himself. It was such a nice gesture to see how proud he was of his store and the recent improvements. He stated he recently took ownership of this restaurant. He talked highly of his staff and you could see the respect was truly given! We were impressed by the food and by the character of the owner and the employees. While this may have been just grabbing a quick pizza it was definitely a business model others should take note of. Way to go East Side Madison Toppers!“
