Placed an online order to be ready at 1145am, got an alert that the order was ready to be picked up at 1215pm, went inside and they had not even started making the order during lunch time. Order was not ready until 1230pm, 45 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Why would they tell me the order is ready when they had not even started making it. So much for freaky fast.
21 mins from the time I ordered to the moment my order arrived! I would say that's fast!!!! I love this location. I order lunch frequently while working and the food is always best quality and fast! Thank you Jimmy John's!!

I went ahead and placed the order for delivery at 2:55pm. I left my number for someone to call me if there’s any problems with my order. I noticed that my food still wasn’t delivered so I decided to call the store and see what the problem. Cancel my order and I could try back tomorrow. I will never order from Jimmy John’s again. The service was terrible and no one called me about any issues which my number was there for them to do so. Now I have to wait 5 to 7 business days...read full review
