Visited McDonald's in Brookfield, WI with 3 grandkids. No staff at counter so used kiosk to order food. Process pretty simple to master. Dining area empty besides us but floors and table dirty. Drink machine had handmade sign it was out of order. We had 3 Happy Meals which didn't take long to be ready for pick up. Kids were slightly disappointed with toys since expecting Little Mermaid. Mark is an incredible McDonald's employee! He's always so kind and helpful, and he really goes the extra mile to make sure customers are satisfied. I remember one time he helped me with my order when my credit card wasn't working, and he even gave me a free coffee as a thank you for being patient. Mark is a shining example of what great customer service looks like, and I always look forward to my next visit to his McDonalds.

Everyone that works here speaks TWO languages. Sickening to see how much entitled suburbanites (that speak 1 language, poorly) disrespect the employees here. So many nasty miserable people that choose to eat here. They prepare my orders quickly and correctly every time.
