Starbucks in Brookfield

“I want to give major praise to the baristas at the Starbucks I visited recently. They always greet customers with warm smiles and have such a positive attitude, no matter how busy it gets. I was there when a rude customer started belittling one of the baristas, and I was incredibly impressed with how he handled it. He remained completely calm, professional, and respectful the entire time, not letting the negativity get to him. It’s clear that the staff at this location are dedicated to providing excellent service, even in tough situations. Their kindness and professionalism really stood out!“

“This is the first time I’ve been to this Starbucks location and I’m thoroughly impressed with how the visit went. The staff was very friendly and explained how I could customize my drink, the building itself is spacious and nicely decorated. A lot of other Starbucks are much smaller and feel lackluster with the amount of seating, causing a feeling to be rushed out. This location is cozy with the ambient lighting and modern furniture, all to top it off with the store’s cleanliness. I wish I lived closer to this Starbucks.“

“I am such a dumb dumb. I ordered while driving down from Fond Du Lac thinking that I ordered from this location. I got the notification that my order was ready so I go in and it’s not there. I showed the cashier my order and she said that they might still be working on it so I waited and waited. I’m not sure if the gentleman was the shift manager or a lead but he asked for my name and said that they didn’t have an order under my name. I asked if this was (the other locations address) and he said no. 😑 He asked what I had ordered and they duplicated it for me without me having to go to the correct location. I love this kind of customer service and I go to this location often when I have to drive down to the office. Thank you so much. You made my day sir.“

“I've been going here nearly everyday (I work super close) for years. They always get my order right! And it's not like I get the same exact thing every time, I switch up my order on a regular basis. They are friendly and fast. Always very happy with their service“
