Starbucks in Brookfield

“This location has really gotten a lot lot better in the last two years. Kudos to management. I would give 5 stars but it seems sbux corporate is super focused on the drive thru lane... To the point in store customers wait, even when staff is standing idle with drive thru demand being slow. The staff here is really nice and good, I'm sure they are just following orders. As for atmosphere, very nice but the chairs need pads, or people need to learn to pick them up rather than make a wood to concrete screech. It's almost like nails on a chalk board. Easy fix, if they do it. :). I do love this location and the staff tho for sure. It's being run well.“

There is a large patio section outside the cafe and a drive-thru.

There is a free parking lot and the cafe is wheelchair accessible.“

“Such a lovely staff! I come every morning around the same time to get my two shots of espresso, and the team makes every interaction AMAZING! From compliments, to friendly greetings (even at the earliest hours of the morning), to remembering my order on their own, they make my experience so great and my favorite part of my day! There are a few staff members that stand out, but unfortunately I don't know their names. I truly have never had a better experience at another location and give so much credit to the morning staff for creating such a great experience for me, and im sure so many other regular customers. Other locations should be taking notes! Keep up the great work!! :)“

“I've been going here nearly everyday (I work super close) for years. They always get my order right! And it's not like I get the same exact thing every time, I switch up my order on a regular basis. They are friendly and fast. Always very happy with their service“
