“Such a lovely staff! I come every morning around the same time to get my two shots of espresso, and the team makes every interaction AMAZING! From compliments, to friendly greetings (even at the earliest hours of the morning), to remembering my order on their own, they make my experience so great and my favorite part of my day! There are a few staff members that stand out, but unfortunately I don't know their names. I truly have never had a better experience at another location and give so much credit to the morning staff for creating such a great experience for me, and im sure so many other regular customers. Other locations should be taking notes! Keep up the great work!! :)“

“It's not that serious and usually I don't care but I don't get coffee unless I run out at home. Starbucks is already pricy for a small coffee so when I order extra caramel and there isn't extra in the cup and I don't realize until I'm already at work at 6am it's very frustrating since I have to pay for the extra caramel. When someone is paying for the extra you should add the extra.“
