Menu stated Peppercorn cream sauce-there was ZERO cream sauce. I was very disappointed. My husband had smash burger-extremely dry. Cheese curds were good, but most were mostly breading. We ordered the classic old fashioned, but received a traditional with muddled fruit. Still tasted good, but after explaining the mistake my 2nd one was amazing! The Capital Grille of course!

My wife and I were searching for a seafood option and this is a great place for it.

After being warmly greeted by the hosts , we were seated to begin what turned out to be a carefully curated seafood dinner evening.

The Capital Grille , yes the steakhouse, has scrumptious fish entrees not only during Lent but all year-round on the menu.

The first course of lobster bisque was rich and creamy with large chunks of lobster in it and was fantastic!

My wife had the Seared Citrus Glazed Salmon , which she really enjoyed and I had the best Pan-Seared Sea Bass with Miso Butter that I have ever tasted. It was fork tender and literally melted in your mouth.

On one other occasion we had the Seared Sea Scallops with Maine Lobster and Asparagus Risotto which was absolutely delectable!

They have many other seafood selections on their menu.
Do yourself a favor and try this fine dining establishment on a Friday evening, or for that matter, any other evening.

Oh… and don’t forget about dessert. The warm apple tart is exceptional, just like something straight out of your grandmother‘s kitchen!

We mainly communicated with Miranda, who was very responsive, professional and helpful. The dessert tasting appointment was really fun to try out some of the more popular treats. They delivered and set-up all the desserts on wedding day and it looked perfect. The cake was absolutely beautiful and exactly like the inspo pictures we shared. The dessert bar was a hit and we had multiple guests talking about how good all the treats were all weekend. We had s’mores shooters, strawberry shortcake shooters, lemon bars, salted caramel tarts, snickerdoodle cookies and macarons. We would definitely recommend the Greige Patisserie to future couples. “My partner and I went here for the first time today and it was AMAZING!!! We ordered the zucchini fritters, fried calamari, baked chicken, shrimp souvlaki, and got the tzatziki/Tarama/Tirokafteri dips w/ pita bread. Everything tasted impeccable and the presentation of the food was great! Atmosphere was perfect for the sunny day. I also got a Salty Cucumber cocktail and it was super refreshing and tasty. I literally don’t have a single bad thing to say about this spot. We also ordered a pound of the tzatziki spread to go and another pound of the tarama to go 🤣“

The B&B leaflet says “arrive a guest, leave as a friend” and even for us who just stopped for a couple of drinks, that is how we felt. “Don't know why this place has three dollar signs. It's incredibly cheap! $4 for pretty much everything (20 craft taps, well/rail drinks, and wine). They have a great selection of 20 rotating craft beer taps for $4, and also offer growler fills. It's hard to go wrong here.“

There was a game on the TV. The wall of windows that separate the bar from the sidewalk patio open for those perfect Wisconsin-weather days to bring the outside, in and the inside fun, out!
