If you’re looking for good paella in Milwaukee - look no further. The chorizo was amazing and had a great spice.

The menu is easy to understand - there is either an 8 course menu or you can paella (which comes with an appetizer, dessert, and cava, sparkling wine). Because it’s a small operation, you pretty much pick from a few options.

When we walked in, we were greeted by Chef, who is a wonderful cook but also so welcoming and kind. The service was very personal, which added to the dining experience.

It’s hard to pick if I preferred the appetizer, the Valenciana paella, the flan, or the bread pudding. They were all delicious! I will say, the flan was unique in a way that I really enjoyed.

Overall, I’m looking forward to returning here on a cold winter night or a long summer evening.“

We ordered the zucchini fritters, fried calamari, baked chicken, shrimp souvlaki, and got the tzatziki/Tarama/Tirokafteri dips w/ pita bread. Everything tasted impeccable and the presentation of the food was great! Atmosphere was perfect for the sunny day. I also got a Salty Cucumber cocktail and it was super refreshing and tasty. I literally don’t have a single bad thing to say about this spot. We also ordered a pound of the tzatziki spread to go and another pound of the tarama to go 🤣“

“We used the Greige Patisserie for our November 2023 wedding in Oconomowoc, WI. They did our personal cutting cake and dessert bar. We mainly communicated with Miranda, who was very responsive, professional and helpful. The dessert tasting appointment was really fun to try out some of the more popular treats. They delivered and set-up all the desserts on wedding day and it looked perfect. The cake was absolutely beautiful and exactly like the inspo pictures we shared. The dessert bar was a hit and we had multiple guests talking about how good all the treats were all weekend. We had s’mores shooters, strawberry shortcake shooters, lemon bars, salted caramel tarts, snickerdoodle cookies and macarons. We would definitely recommend the Greige Patisserie to future couples. The B&B leaflet says “arrive a guest, leave as a friend” and even for us who just stopped for a couple of drinks, that is how we felt.
