“Excellent food. But not the greatest customer service experience. I’d recommend sitting in the bar area or further back. We were seated in the front by the garage door. We had to eat with our coats on it was so cold. We asked to be moved, we even said we’d wait. They would not accommodate us. Bartender was awesome! Server not so great!“

“Saved the Night!!!! All the guys were working under VWs for our Tinker Night...time flew by...then in a panic I call 25 mins before they closed. I said so sorry you can say no as I don't like calling right before close...THEY MADE US 8 LARGE PIZZAS IN A FLASH!!!! Saved the absolute night! Forever grateful! Pizza is beyond good too!!!! “10/10 experience. We originally ordered through Doordash but the Dasher missed half the order. We went to reorder through the Toppers website and they were quick to make things right, even when the situation was not their fault in the slightest. We order from here relatively often and have a great experience and tasty quality every time, and their exceptional customer service lead me to leave a great review. Just wanted to say thank you to this Toppers Crew tonight for turning a bad Doordash experience into an AMAZING Topper's experience!!

“We were pleasantly surprised by Durango’s in Racine! This is the oddest little house that operates as a pizza joint as well as a chocolate shop. When you walk in, it is very bare and you can see the glass display cases holding the chocolate confections, it smells sweet. We thought we were in the wrong place initially to pick up our pizzas, but they quickly reassured us we were in the right spot. The location has been there for many years, with the family going back many years and obviously loved by the people of Racine. The location is also very convenient right off the main road. The pizza was good! We really enjoyed it and will definitely be back and try new things.“

“I ordered a Pineapple Pizza & Combo Pizza @ 1pm . By 230 Grub Hub still.never delivered. Found out they delivered to wrong address. It was a hassle to call and find out but after 20m of bull crap. Marcos looked out for me. The guys there were great. The manager was very nice and cool to me. Not their fault. Grub hub sucks, I suggest picking it up from them directly. Thansk you guys for fixing my order!!!“

“Stoped in for the first time tonight with my wife. The bartender/waiter was super friendly and prompt. The food was great. It’s not on the menu, but I had the Tour Demark, a 3 portion sandwich sampler of an Italian beef, pizza burger and meatball bomber. Honestly I wish more restaurants did stuff like this. A perfect option for people who want to try a bit of everything. Would definitely go back.“

“Food was very good. My chicken parm was perfectly done and juicy. The sauce full of flavor. Josie was amazing and went out of her way to make our evening perfect. It was my girlfriend's son's graduation from College and she did great! I believe it was the owner but possibly the manager but a lovely lady was walking around making sure everything was done well.“

“I took my 5 and 3 year old grandkids and it was a WONDERFUL time! I LOVED the safe check-in at the dorr! It was CLEAN!!!!! There were many games that they could play! Durango Pizza is amazing! The food is always fresh, full of flavor, and made with care. Their pizza is next-level perfectly crispy crust, gooey cheese, and just the right amount of toppings. And don’t even get me started on the Alfredo it’s so creamy and delicious, honestly one of the best I’ve ever had! 😋
The service is just as great, friendly staff, fast service, and they make you feel right at home every time. If you haven’t tried Durango Pizza yet, you’re seriously missing out. Definitely one of my top favorite spots! 🍝🍕👏“

“I absolutely love everything about this place...the decor, the service, the food, the prices. Large menu selection and their Sunday buffet is delicious. I used to go all the time when I lived nearby but now I move to Illinois. It's over an hour drive for us now but it's worth it. Their burgers are incredible, their Wood Fire pizza is so good! They also have a bar and offer alcoholic drinks as well. Always a winner!“

“Had the veal parmesan the person I was with had meatball appetizer as they weren't that hungry. There was more than enough. The shadow that came with the veal parmesan head radish in it red onion red cabbage and I had blue cheese dressing at had lots of chunks the way it should be. I enjoyed the veal and the meatball appetizer came with a whole lot of garlic bread, we both had leftovers to take home and the pricing was right in the ballpark.“
“My family was in town for a burial of our loved one. We stopped at Pizza Hut after. There was 20 plus of us. The waitress, Kelly, was very accommodating for all of us. She went above and beyond to meet our thirsty requests and arranged the dinner room to fit us all so we could sit together. Our pizza was delicious and fast. Strongly recommend“

“Quick stop for fresh pizza to bake in my oven at home! I like the dough, it has a very slight sweetness to it that pairs well with the pizza toppings and makes for great garlic and cheese bread. Sometimes I want pizza already made and delivered right to me, other times I would like to bake my own and instead of having to get all of the ingredients and prepare it - this is a great quick and affordable alternative! We got the cowboy pizza and the chicken bacon artichoke pizza.“
