We asked the host for a high chair and they never came back. We had to wait a few minutes for a server to come and then ask them for one. It also took a while to finally get the check at the end.“
“I absolutely LOVE Bernie's. Simple, delicious menu. Extraordinary taste in every dish (I've had almost everything on their menu). Fine dining atmosphere and super friendly staff. Bernie and his family are super sweet and love their customers, making sure they are pleased with their meals. I suggest trying them out if you've never been. If it's the weekend, make a reservation!! My favorite meal is the Chicken Parm meal, sauce on the side, with mostacolli buttered, garlic noodles with garlic bread. The gentleman at the counter (I assume the owner) is a wonderful person. He goes above and beyond with everything from greeting me upon entrance to walking my food out to my car when it’s done!The food… easy 12/10. The chicken is always CRISPY and juicy. Never overcooked. The coleslaw is notoriously nasty at other locations, but not this one! My mom said it’s the best she’s had in all her years of going to a Golden Chicken. “Had Crossroads fairly often as a kid, but moved closer to downtown. Was skiing at the nearby snowpark and decided to try it again. Crossroads just does pizza differently than any of the myriad pizza places on the east/south sides, and that's a good thing.“

We started with Seafood grill and Burrata salad , they were absolutely delicious. Had some great wine from their wine list and were very happy with the choice . After that we had a two pinsa's, creation of former owner of Di Carlo. So Delicious , great atmosphere, ambiance and always pleasant. I have had Bluegill here also which is excellent but they tend to run out of that, so come earlier if you want the bluegill. Fishfry comes w/ fries & cole slaw, is reasonably priced, & you can have your choice of the items on the salad bar which usually includes bread/rolls, veggies- carrots, celery, radishes, pasta salad, potato salad, & jello (I like it with the pineapple chunks in it!) You can eat in the dining room or go sit at the attached bar THE MEET MARKET & watch the large screen tvs. It is a family friendly atmosphere & everyone is really nice.“
“Stopped in the night before Thanksgiving at around 730pm not realizing that they close at 8. Everything was off and they were getting ready to shut down. We were greeted immediately and told it was okay, they'd still take our order. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. As they prepared our food we were chatting and joking with them. They gave us a little history on their location which was pretty cool. The restaurant itself was very clean. From the walls, to the floor, the counters, all very clean. Food was great as well. We also met the owner, Shawn, who was very welcoming and great to talk with about the history of the building and the city.
