“This is, without a doubt, one of my favorite places to eat. Almost is everything is handmade from scratch and super fresh. The pizza is amazing. The deep fried food is so good, I have to get something fried everytime I go. The sandwiches and lasagna are crazy good. They have a great selection of beverages, both alcohol and non. I highly recommend a visit to this place. If you like pizza or Italian style food, you won't be disappointed.

Vegetarian options: Veggie pizza and veggie sub and a few other things from what I remember. The vegetarian selection isn't huge, but there are definitely some options.

Kid-friendliness: Nice family diner atmosphere. Has a small candy machine and big gumball machine. Also has a driving simulator video game for kids to play as well.

Wheelchair accessibility: No curbs in the lot leading to the door, so wheel chair accessibility is not a problem. Handicap space in the lot, is directly next to the rear entrance as well. No automatic door though.“

“We live in Northern Wisconsin and ate here on a trip to visit family. The food was outstanding, the waitress Jacyln (not sure of spelling, sorry!) was very attentive and took care of us in a timely friendly fashion. “Amazing customer service from Claudia. She was very responsive, helpful and creative in getting our vision for our wedding perfectly. We had very delicious and generous portions for the tres leches cake tasting that was set up! It was so moist and sweet, just how I like it. We ended up doing a variety of oreo, strawberry, and vanilla tres leches, along with Mexican wedding cookies and brownies, which were a highlight of our wedding day. The communication was great, we didn't worry about delivery or even knew they had arrived to deliver the desserts! It all just appeared at the venue, looking better than I had imagined. “Never a bad experience here. Absolutely wonderful staff - top notch. Great service - and super super quick! Delicious cocktails and the best, best, BEST Chipotle Southwest Salad. It’s my current hyper-fixation meal but from time to time, I like to spice it up with the delicious Steak Tacos and Poke Bowl! A lot of great menus items ranging from their signature dishes to seasonal dishes. Me and my boyfriend always say we should try new places, but can’t resist not coming here!“

“Cute and cozy café! The fries were extra crispy, so they didn't get soggy from the chili which was really nice. The philly cheese steak was okay -- a little dry, but still good and I combined it with the leftover chili to make up for the dryness. The fruit was super good and cut up in smaller pieces. The pancakes were really sweet and yummy too. Overall, decent food, good price, and a nice atmosphere. Will definitely come again! :)“

“I was sold on the vintage feel of this place. Family run for 58 years. We heard the wait can be long, due to its popularity. However, we were able to snag bar seats, put in our order and be seated in 20 minutes. The staff was beyond friendly. This place is a TRUE supper club. Veggies, pickles, dinner rolls, crackers to start. My filet, cooked to perfection and LOADED with mushrooms. I recommend the hash browns too. Prices are so reasonable. Will return!!“

“I’ve loved The Maple Tree since the 90s. The food was always delicious and it was consistent from visit to visit. Since the transition to new owners, and the subsequent closure then reopen the consistency hasn’t been there. Don’t get me wrong, still a fabulous place to dine. However, there are opportunities for improvement. As with any new team it takes time to mature and find your rhythm. Our carry out order this evening was missing a bun for the burger, when the order was placed the request was for no tomato. No Cole slaw with the fish dinners. No butter for the bread or potato and it was specifically requested. So a few kinks to work out especially during busy times. Is our food delicious? Yes! Will I continue to dine at Maple Tree? Also, Yes! I know the team there will mature in no time and they will be just as good as or better than the restaurant’s former glory.“

My understanding is that they do require ID from everyone in your party unless accompanied by an adult. This is a fairly common blanket policy to avoid employees making invalid judgment calls. Just something to be aware of beforehand.“

I got a cheese curd burger, the cheese curds on top were not the greatest; they were chewy and spongey like they been sitting under a warmer for a while, kind of like what you get at a fair. The burger is a char broiled burger and tastes good. I'm a dill pickle guy and I loved the dill spear I got with my burger, so that's a huge bonus there“
