Jet Room Restaurant Reviews
Good breakfast food, but the waits are almost always excessive. They recently introduced a call ahead system. I used it today and was told we would be seated in 15 minutes. We arrived 12 minutes later and were told it would be 30 minutes more. We walked out. The management here is completely lacking in customer service. Won't be back.
I went to meet a good friend there for breakfast and we were seated around 8:15 am. The plan was to get there early to try to beat the rush. Everything was great. The food and service was nice until the end. We were asked to leave by a staff member who was not our server (He had dark hair pulled back in a ponytail) In not so many words he told us there was a 30-45 minute wait. I looked at my friend and said “I think we are getting kicked out” We immediately got up and left....read full review
Our table ordered a mix of breakfast and lunch plates. All were delicious! The staff were very friendly. Seated quickly, got to order right away, and the food came fast. We all enjoyed watching them fuel up a plane and take off! Kids loved their paper planes too. ✈️ Plan to be back!

The Jet Room Restaurant is a well-liked spot in Madison, known for its huge portions of delicious food and friendly service. The menu includes various options, such as Mexican dishes and vegetarian meals, which can be customized to preferences. This restaurant is suitable for families with children and provides disabled parking spots. The view of the planes enhances the dining experience, making it a unique atmosphere. The staff is attentive, and they serve excellent biscuits and gravy. Breakfast is particularly praised, with fantastic hash browns that are extra crispy, along with delicious omelets, Bennie’s, and the highly recommended corned beef hash. There are also positive mentions of the salmon Benedict and steak egg Benedict. However, the restaurant can be quite small, leading to long waits, especially on weekends, where customers may wait up to 45 minutes. Fortunately, there is a spacious lobby with views of the runway to make the wait enjoyable. Once seated, food comes quickly, is tasty, and well-priced. It is suggested to reserve a table in advance, and guests should note that the restaurant does not serve alcohol. Overall, it offers good value for money and a unique dining experience given its proximity to the airport, even if the atmosphere can get loud due to the close seating.
