“It has been a long time since I have been to the Watershed, and I am sad to say I missed out! I was just recently there for a fish fry, and I cannot say enough good things about the food! The perch was wonderful, and had the perfect crunch, flavorful crust. And my go to item for a side, the potato pancakes were among the best I have had in a while! The staff was amazing as well. We had three of the employees, AND the owner ask us if we needed anything during our dinner. I will with no doubt be going back for another wonderful meal!“

“Loved it! Cheese curds were great, the ranch was barely a quarter full but oh well. Drinks were good, pricey for quality overall but next time we’ll skip those and get another app instead. Best ever hot honey chicken sandwich, next time I’d upgrade to waffle fries as the homemade chips were stale tasting. This is so close to the water and the patio is really nice. We were there when no one was in the pool so it was peaceful. We are definitely coming back here instead of the popular spot at Lake Geneva near the water.“
