The breading was light and crisp it didn't overpower the fish. The perch had that fresh lake taste to it. The German potatoes were like my Grandma used to make. Holly was a wonderful sweet server. “I simply adore this small town diner! It seems like the whole town met here for breakfast- ya know why? Because it's so dang good! We had a small wait for our meal but that's because every one knows this place has such delicious food. Well worth the wait. Several waitresses made sure we were served our coffee while we waited. We sat at the coffee bar for our dining experience. I can't wait for my husband to wake up this morning so that we can go there for today's breakfast ?
