“Fantastic dining experience! You’ve gotta try the square cheese curds, our burgers were juicy and flavorful, cooked perfect. Pulled pork sandwich was tender and tasty. Bbq pizza was awesome, loved the crust. Great service and food that tastes like it’s supposed to is a win!“

“Went to have lunch with my husband and daughter today. A woman came in and you could tell she was on something. This woman came around the bar shortly after to sit next to my family. Tracy who was the bartender asked her politely but firmly to go back to her seat. She made an uncomfortable situation go smoothly because of her quick actions. Appreciate you so much!! ❤️“

“Great place. We where in town and got something to eat but seen they had a sign showing lemonade shack ups. Went inside and met the owner, I had a vodka lemonade, my wife a regular, and my son had a virgin daiquiri. Very friendly staff and the owner was outstanding. Talked to her for about 15 minutes. Very reasonable prices and atmosphere was nice inside. I would recommend checking them out.“

“Outstanding fish fry! I had the perch, 2 large filets, 2 potato pancakes, homemade slaw (nice and crunchy), and homemade tartar sauce. Breading was just right. My friend had the cod and was equally pleased. Ate at the bar with several other diners. Bartenders are friendly and mix a proper old fashioned (tall boy) from scratch, no pre-mix! For sure we'll be back!“

“Good ol' Sammy's!! Open at 9 AM. It's the kind of place I start my goin' places and doin' things on the Harley. It's a friendly establishment each time we have been there. Bartenders are very cordial and attentive. The thing that trips my trigger is they have Twisted fricken Tea on tap!!! It is so refreshing, with a lemon, on a hot day. If your not a fan of it in a can or bottle, this is the ticket!! Stop in and have a few. I recommend.“

“Went there for a family party. It is in a cool town square in of all places; East Troy. Nice family owned small town cool Wisconsin bar. Not a better place to be on a Saturday night . Most folks has a drink in there hand and a smile on there face. I have it on good authority the food is good. I'll be stopping back.“

“A real hometown bar with excellent lunchtime service. My California cheeseburger was delicious: fresh bun, crispy lettuce, tasty tomato, and mayo on the side. The sizzling, crispy chive fries came with a thick ranch dipping sauce. We were in and out in less than an hour.“

Saw lots of people eating regular dinners, and they seem to be enjoying it. Looking forward to trying out their prime rib one Saturday. Nice place, friendly people. “One of the best Italian beef sandwiches I've ever had! Located right off Phantom lake, this seems to be a nice little local bar that's serving up some good food. Stopped in for some drinks and ended up ordering dinner just based on some of the plates I saw coming out of the kitchen. I had the Italian beef with cheese and mushrooms. Usually I'll order this without the au jus just because it can be sort of salty, but their is delicious and not overwhelmingly riddled with sodium. Bar area is pretty typical, it's nice that they have a parking lot and boat slips outside. Staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everyone from the bartender to the cook, who came out of the kitchen and chatted with me for a bit. Can't wait to go back!“

“Their broasted chicken is the best anywhere and you just cannot beat the value. I've been eating there for over a decade and I've never had a bad meal there.Updated 6 years after the original review: the above is still true. The food is consistently excellent and the price is great for the amount of food you get. We dined in tonight (we often get takeout) and I appreciate the little signs they have on their tables that remind folks to be graceful about delays when they're short staffed. It says they support their staff and as someone in a service industry myself, I really appreciate that.“
