“Always a great experience at this Starbucks in East Troy! I travel a lot, and this is by far one of the most consistent and best teams I’ve come across, always friendly and welcoming. My drinks are made perfectly, and the store is consistently clean and comfortable. You can tell the team takes pride in what they do.
This is definitely one of the better Starbucks locations, I’ll gladly drive past others just to experience the quality and personable atmosphere that the managers and team deliver every day. GREAT JOB!“

“I'm not much of a lunch/dinner goer but if I get mcdonalds it's for breakfast. I will tell you that this McDonald's literally always has better food quality than others. There is also a woman that works there in the mornings that is SO kind and always seems so happy to be working“

“This review is for their catering. They catered our NYE dinner. It was insane. I had low expectations, because I’ve had fine but not amazing meals when doing an in home chef. But they crushed it. The food was fantastic, especially the ahi nachos and the short ribs. And the service and interaction were impeccable. It was truly an exceptional experience. They even hand mixed cocktails. I would and will hire them over and over again for similar experiences.“

“As a college student, this place is amazing for chilling and studying.
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the baristas are always busy but friendly and say hi when they can. The seating is comfortable for a couple hours of work, with plenty of outlets in the seats.

I love their Frappuccino's and matcha drinks, mainly what I like to order at any Starbucks I've been to. Overall I love being here to work. 9/10 Starbucks location.“

“This is a fine Starbucks, they get pretty slammed so try to give them a break if they make a mistake. A mistake isn't the end of the world and they can always remake your drink.

But yeah the workers here are friendly and they get the job done.“

It's a great setting for being able to get work done. There's rarely anyone making much noise aside from a small group of teens here or there.
The gals are pretty darn close to having our usual order memorized(!!) and are so very sweet.“

“This morning my husband and I placed a mobile order and were stopping at a nearby gas station before picking it up. There is a wind chill of -24 and my car decided to not start and we were stuck at the station. I found out later that after I called Starbucks to tell them we wouldn’t be able to pick it up due to our circumstance, they sent an employee over to deliver our order to us. Unfortunately we had already gotten picked up. You can’t beat their amazing customer service and I was floored that they went out in the frigid cold to try to get us our order. BEST STARBUCKS AND STARBUCKS EMPLOYEES EVER!!!“
