The guy on drivethru, AJ had the headset on taking orders for drivethru, and manning the front counter! From what I could tell there was one guy back on fryers and cooking. There was nice lady named Jeanine (sp?) that made sure all the orders were going out correctly. I had ordered onion rings and they were so busy they forgot to put them down. She was honest with me and told me she would bring them out to me, and she did it herself. They got through all the customers and I didn't here any complaints from any of them. Thanks guys. “Today is Sunday, March 30, 2025 I purchased food yesterday a 10 piece chicken, classic wings Cajun fries, mozzarella sticks.! Now, when I walked in, it was the best atmosphere the owner welcomed me in. He asked me what I was there for. He helped me right away. There was no issues. The food was great. There was literally not one thing wrong. This food was great and amazing. I’m a regular customer. I also buy the chicken cheesesteaks so yes thank you“

Went yesterday for the new cheeseburger it was horrible. Not cooked, soaked in cheese sauce, the tomatoes, lettuce and pickle were so very thin not tasty. I also had Jamocha shake with no chips. I am very disappointed.“

“Every covers I ever go to in the inner city is very stingy with their toppings on ice cream. Customer service sucks. They always have an attitude if you don’t like your job don’t work here. If you can’t do customer service don’t work customer service with that being said, I definitely would be traveling all the way out here to go to culvers cause I love Culver’s.“

Music is a little louder than I would hope for, but I guess that goes with the vibes of the place. Definitely a more hip and young customer base.“

“The service is good, the food is good, but the app constantly tells me I'm not connected to the internet - even when connected to YOUR WIFI - so it's very difficult to place a mobile order. Only after 10-15 attempts does it seem to finally work. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, as well as enabling/disabling my internet. I know this isn't something this individual location can control, but perhaps you can pass the word up to corporate that your app doesn't work properly. This has been happening for a few weeks now.
