“I’ve had a lot of inconsistent experiences at Panera, and I want to share both the highs and lows. I always order the same thing—mac and cheese—because it’s my favorite. Unfortunately, the quality isn’t always consistent. Sometimes, the texture is pasty, and the noodles are mushy, which can be disappointing, especially when I’ve driven 35 minutes from New Glarus to satisfy a craving.

HOWEVER, there’s one standout individual who has completely changed my experience: Kaden. He always remembers me, no matter how long it’s been between visits. He takes the time to ensure my food is prepared the right way, and I truly appreciate his dedication.

Kaden, thank you for making my visits to Panera enjoyable again. I used to hesitate to come in because of past letdowns, but your attentiveness and care have made all the difference. I think the food industry could use more people like you—someone who genuinely listens to customers and goes above and beyond to create a positive experience.“

“I wish I had taken this photos of the food before I dug in. Delicious chilequiles, and even better ranchos huervos. The food is extremely fresh and flavorful. It's a unique take on something I've seen in every form, but they get it right with little surprises in every bite. Do yourself a favor and get the orange juice. The fresh sweetness really helps stabilize the slight spice and heaviness of the food.“

“Previously have only been there for brunch which has always been delicious but today had lunch. The C.B.L.T. sandwich was one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. Fresh fruit side was also very good. Service was efficient.“

“One of my favorite foods is pastys, I was excited to learn about this place, otherwise you would find them normal in the u.p area of Wisconsin. All of the varieties are great! Had the chicken tikka masala one today, was awesome! I do like they wrap it in foil, because my 40min drive home it's still warm!“

“This is a Mediterranean restaurant close to the zoo. The outdoor patio is spacious and well-equipped. Iros salad and panini with pesto were both delicious. The panini was especially good with the herb-studded bread. However, the strawberry smoothie was a bit disappointing. I was a little confused about its identity, as it sells African food and plays Cuban music inside, but it seems to make sense when you think of it as a zoo.“

“I've been a long time customer here (15+ years). Besides the beauty of mixing Gelato with espresso (order the Javalatto people), my favorite thing is the environment. I love seeing the long term staff, and the owner, who I've seen throughout my time as a customer. Most of all, I love that they ALWAYS make me happier, especially on days I'm having those rough mornings. I really try to go in on those days I know are gonna be long. “I am here from out of town. I had a break between engagements and the weather required I go get a chai and just be still for a bit. The staff were so pleasant. My chai was perfect. I hung out in a comfy chair for a little over an hour and had to go back for another drink. “I worked at Connie's Cafe (now Willaby's) 58 years ago. Returned with my son and future DIL today and it was wonderful! Crazy busy at 11:00. Fun, friendly staff (Chess is very attentive) and great food!! Everything is from scratch so expect a bit of a wait but the experience is worth it!“

“Delicious pickin's for breakfast, brunch or lunch! 💯 Had The Kegonsa bowl (served hot) with The Green Monkey smoothie. The bowl was so good I didn't even need dressing. It was also surprisingly large. I had to force eat the last few fork fulls of it because I was full, but didn't want to waste what was left. (This was post-workout too!)The smoothie hit the spot. Its flavor was very sweet & distinct. Not quite apple, but not overwhelmed by the banana or spinach either which was refreshing for a smoothie with those ingredients. Calm atmosphere. Was busy with a long line, but still relaxing place with atmospheric music playing in the background. Friendly & efficient staff. Counter served multi-cuisine fare that's fresh and family friendly. Their signature scones and pasteries are to die for with flavors you won't see anywhere else.
