“I just popped through the drive thru to get a burger and soda. I could hear a conversation the male worker was having with someone else, and he kept asking me to repeat myself. He was obviously not paying attention. Pulled up to pay, and he was on his phone. Pulled forward for my food, and that worker was also on his phone. The burger I got was luke warm at best, but I was already too far to turn around.“

“okay i’ve gone to a couple different locations and i love love love their coffee and what they stand for as a business. this spot had a lot of nice seating and was super chill.

this time i decided to get a matcha latte with almond milk. at first glance the matcha isn’t super fresh and green, and it’s also not super mixed in - there were chunks of matcha in there. for the quality and price of $7 i would not say it’s worth it. overall i would say the matcha was just okay, but would go back for coffee anytime!“

“Exceptional service and product! I accidentally ordered online to the wrong location and gave them a call at 6am (!), and let them know that I will still be picking up but not until 6:30. They kindly offered to have it ready at 6:30 instead and on my cup I can see they wrote “don’t start until 6:25”. This is the kind of care and service you don’t get at a Starbucks, and the coffee is amazing too! Only area to improve would be to sell the matcha in stores :)“

“Thank you so much for noticing our DoorDash order had food allergens in it the other day! You made some coffee loving nurses very happy! The gluten free item I ordered was unfortunately out and Java house provide two gluten free options in our order instead and provided notes about the allergens. They also saved our dairy-free coffee lover from accidentally getting sick by noticing she had ordered dairy free ingredients in her drink as a frappe without knowing the frappe base had dairy in it. Again, they wrote a note why they made the drink not as a frappe. We will be ordering again! From the moment we walked in, we were struck by the inviting atmosphere and aesthetic of the shop, with its thoughtful layout and local artwork that really enhanced the vibe. The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and even offered some great recommendations. My wife and I shared the stuffed bread with chorizo, the Butternut Squash Sage & Bacon sandwich, and the sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich with a side of roasted potatoes. Every bite was delicious! This spot is perfect for a cozy and tasty breakfast with friends or out-of-town family. Highly recommend!“

“Visiting from England there was only one brewery tour that we were definitely doing and it was the PBR one! The tour is really interesting, our guide at 12 on Friday the 16th of May (sorry I forgot your name) was awesome, was a knowledgeable machine when it came to PBR. Wonderful stories and plenty of beer, Jim the owner was a great guy too, not as great as his wife who managed to get the football (soccer) on tv so I could watch Aston Villa ✅ Absolutely awesome place, plenty of cool merch in the shop too.“

“I have only visited the Sun Prairie location since October 2023. My go-to is the breakfast sandwich and my son, who is very particular about his French Toast, says it's his absolute favorite. I'm not a coffee drinker but their Chai is my favorite when I'm out and about. Don't forget to ask for the cheesy potatoes!“

They were delicious even later into the evening, the tasting was amazing, communication was great, and they were very transparent about pricing which seems to be difficult to find in the wedding industry. “The Starbucks inside the Northwestern Mutual building is an awesome spot. You can get your favorite drink and bring it out into the public space. Lots of great light, different areas to sit, read a book, catch up on email or watch all the busy people go to work.
