I am a fan of Lou Malnati's. Not only do they have the ordering process down, they provide excellent food, that is well prepared, packaged, and ready for pick up. We ordered "The Lou" medium pizza, pasta, and a salad. Bill was $50 as expected. The location was neat and clean, and the staff helpful and focused on their job. Great and delicious deep dish. My favorite is pepperoni and garlic. They pack the pizza nicely too which ensures the toppings are not wasted.They also have think pizza but the deep dish is very tasty and authentic. I used to go to the dine in Buffalo Grove location and it is the same delicious pizza.The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because once in a while it is not as good as other times.The salad is also delicious.

Nothing compares to Lou! Perfect deep dish pizza, every time. Friendly service and the pizza is always ready when I arrive for my carry out order. The reason I gave 4 stars is because I wish they had a dine-in option at this location.
