“Big Apple Bagels has become a classic destination for me and my friends, and it never lets us down. A VERY wide variety of bagel flavors, spreads, and sandwiches. They are generous with portions and seems very affordable compared to other bakeries these days. Service is good too :)“

I placed a catering order several days in advance for a 6:30 AM pickup. When I arrived early at 6:15 AM, I was told the store had just received the order.

That said, the team on-site was fantastic. They immediately jumped into action, hustled to get everything prepared, and still managed to keep the rest of the store running smoothly. Huge credit to them.

The issue is clearly with the catering system. That process needs to be improved.“
