The fondant and butter cream were really good. The cake was really moist, but, unfortunately my family wasn’t a fan of the vanilla cake flavor. I wouldn’t recommend that flavor. I also appreciated that she squeezed my cake in!“

“We used the Greige Patisserie for our November 2023 wedding in Oconomowoc, WI. They did our personal cutting cake and dessert bar. We mainly communicated with Miranda, who was very responsive, professional and helpful. The dessert tasting appointment was really fun to try out some of the more popular treats. They delivered and set-up all the desserts on wedding day and it looked perfect. The cake was absolutely beautiful and exactly like the inspo pictures we shared. The dessert bar was a hit and we had multiple guests talking about how good all the treats were all weekend. We had s’mores shooters, strawberry shortcake shooters, lemon bars, salted caramel tarts, snickerdoodle cookies and macarons. We would definitely recommend the Greige Patisserie to future couples. “First time at the Bay View location. Bought some paczki. I have been eating these for well over 55 years. I can honestly say this is the worst one I've ever eaten. It was a prune one, my favorite! But it was dry and flavorless. And the prune filling wasn't even real prune filling! It was more like a prune custard. That was so disappointing. If you're going to make paczki in a neighborhood with a lot of Polish people in it, please stick to an authentic recipe! Don't try to jazz it up. Don't try to make it healthier. Fat Tuesday is a big deal in these parts. What a waste of money.“

“It was the first time going in with my husband after wanting to for so long. They did not disappoint! Thd staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. We decided on a pumpkin chocolate chip loaf and it was amazing! Absolutely scrumptious! We will continue to come back to hopefully, eventually taste all the breads and treats they have to offer!“

“i went here a long time ago about 2013. i was a regular because my grandma's house is nearby. she liked the pumpkin empenadas when they had any left. from the morning rush. i usually got the chocolate muffins with chips. they also had soft bread. as long as you ate it rightaway.

Floors look dirty but bread is always fresh. They sell bolillos 3 for 1 dollar. They have milk gallons, single slices of cake, can sodas, hot coffee. You can order cakes. They take cash and card. But for card it has to be atleat $5. No restrooms. Parking for around 10cars. They dont accept EBT anymore . Prices are ok and u get ur own little platic bag and plastic glove and choose ur own piece of bread.“

“Melt in our mouths lemon blueberry was my first bundt cake yesterday to bring along to a dinner party...was excellent! And thankfully no one tried to put a plant in a pot into the middle of it :) there was too much frosting to fit ...and that's another thing....the frosting is so good ? ? ? ? ? well done! “My friend, Margaret, introduced me to Hillside. Great place to meet and catch up with friends and family. We went for the delicious, specialty coffee, but were more than tempted to see the yummy pastries available. They also have homemade breakfast sandwiches for sale. Staff has always been more than accommodating whether they're at the counter or as Barista. Also, look forward to their Cinnamon Rolls available only on Sundays. Rose, the owner, and former baker, has hit a home run with this place. She's sweet as a peach and her shop is very warm and welcoming. You'll find beautiful, hand crafted and delicate pastries to go with your fabulous coffee. Love this place and hope it's part of Oak Creek for a long time to come.“

“Just discovered this bakery Sunday and already came back for more. We purchased donuts, asiago bread (YUM), cinnamon bread (THE BEST THING EVER!), hot dog buns, chocolate cream pie, chocolate muffins, banana muffins, blueberry muffins, cinnamon apple muffins, chocolate chip cookies and turnovers. Everything is delicious and so moist and fresh!! And OMG the prices are so low! I almost didn't want to write this review because I don't want you all to go buy all the goods lol but they deserve their flowers! 20/10 recommend!“

Greenfield) with tens of thousands of products in stock, including pans, candy molds, jimmies/quins, food colors, edible images, cake toppers, chocolate/confectioners coatings (love the Key Lime Pie flavor!), packaging and presentation products, candles, wedding toppers, and every tool you could ever want. Special order available if they don't stock it. Knowledgeable staff is very helpful when you aren't a professional baker, but are working on making 200 cupcakes look fun for a church dinner! I've been a customer since 1980's; looking forward to see what they'll add this year.“
