“While visiting Milwaukee from Michigan, we have been trying to find a good local ice cream shop. We stumbled upon The Purple Door this evening, and the only thing I'm sad about is that tomorrow is our last day. The ice cream was phenomenal and we received great service. We'll definitely go back for one last visit during our trip, but I'm finding myself wondering if we'd be able to keep some pints frozen during our 6.5 hour drive home. So if you're in the area, you won't regret treating yourself here!“

“Lee’s Dairy treat has been fun to visit for over 10+ years with my family. You’ll maybe see some cool cars in the lot. Outdoor seating as well as limited indoor seating. A decent burger and chocolate malt. Plenty of ice cream flavors and toppings.“

“Went back here again because it is the best custard I have ever tasted. And it has been that way for the last 50 years that I can remember. It still is a little pricey, but it is worth it. Parking lot is still a mess. Every time I go there are some close calls with cars and people walking around.“
