“I’ve been going here since the old location. I usually get Heather and Papito around the times I go. Food is always quick, conversations great and always jokes to be had. My favorite burger (the only one I get and made into a turkey version) the raging Cajun is no longer on the menu, but they know that’s my same order with a side of Cajun/BBQ fries. The other servers I’ve had over the last couple summers as well have all been great as well. Cheers!“

“This place gets busy for a reason. It's good home made food. If you only visit once and you need to be impressed try the potatoes pancake and baked oatmeal. The potato pancake is competition ready. The baked oatmeal is delicously unique to them. It's perfect texture and flavors.“

“Wasn't very busy maybe two cars when was parked and the other was leaving. Food was freshly made. Olies were perfect. Not to much seasoning and were also fresh. Soda carbonation was 💯. Wasn't a single employee just standing around doing nothing. That also was good to see. Cashier was polite and helpful. I'm definitely talk quietly if she couldn't hear me for nothing so she just told me to pull up to the window. Which helped immensely. Probably one of the best meals I had there. Was a chicken soft shell taco with a special sauce and had Pico mild sauce lettuce and cheese. Way to go Emily!! Your employees were nice and helpful. Drive thru was clean snd really like the new sitting area you put in. Funny thing is. I was one of the Managers at Larry's Piggly Wiggly. Best part was none of them knew me and I didn't know them. I'm very honest about customer service and presentation. I've been saying customer service etc since before covid/pandemic started. Has gone down the tubes immensely. Customer service especially. I didn't start eating back out till about a year ago. Like to see people cook my food. Let me see you not wash your hands or use gloves when you make my food. I would not do anything or say anything to embarrass the person but I would pull you to the side and tell you. Your hands are filthy and if you're handling money it's even worse. Your fingernails alone. WHOLE lot of stuff you don't even see. The money part is disgusting. Money actually has bugs/germs all over. I've seen Ppl not wash their hands after they go to the bathroom and then go make food 🤢🤮🤢🤮.

“This is the greatest Arby's location I have ever been to! Emily and Dylan are the best! They really make you feel like family when you are there. They remember us even if it's been a while since we've been there. Very nice and make sure you are well taken care of. Never had an order wrong or messed up and the food is always delicious! My wife and I always make sure to go to this location even if we are closer to other ones. It's always a great experience when we go. Thank you!“

I get the sausage, egg and cheese McGriddles meal and a sausage, egg and cheese McMuffin side sandwich. Also, I upgrade the coffee to large, so I can watch for deer while winding my way further North.“

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our party of 50 people. There was plenty of room for everyone & the buffet was always full. So many of the guests commented on how good the food was & how they have not been there in years. They will be back! The Kaukauna Pizza Hut is a hidden gem but I will recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to host a party.“

“You would think I would learn, but gave them yet another chance. The last 3 times I've been there, I've had to wait SO long for my order. The last time was for one combo meal, and they told me to park on the other side of the bldg, and they'd bring it out. (Mind you no one was ahead of me, and there were only 2 cars behind me.) After waiting 20 minutes I went inside to see what was going on, and my food was in a bag, on the counter. No apologies at all, just, "I was just going to bring it out to you." I don't know if inside service is any better, but I'm not sure I want to give them another chance, to be honest.“
