So my only complaint for this order is that my vanilla shake had gotten slightly spilled over the rim of the lid, and then the cup was just a little too wet and sticky on the outside of it when I grabbed it to take it out of the drink container in the bag.“

“I ordered my delivery (like a knucklehead) to the wrong address not too far from where I meant, while at work. I called after I didn’t have my food but they said the order was complete to complain until I realized I was the one at fault. Willing to cut my losses, I was just going to not eat until the manager offered to have his driver go back to the previous address and delivery it to the correct one. Above and beyond for customer service, thanks guys!“

“Taco Bell in Menomonee Falls is by far the best location. Maybe it was a fluke but the food was hot and made nicely with a proper amount of ingredients. The staff were friendly, but I wasn't a big fan of the order yourself kiosk. No one was at the counter when we came in.“
