For those complaining about the location, talk to your Glendale Village elected officials. They obstructed other proposed locations. It was originaly going to be built where the Boston Market is. So maybe do a little research before blaming the business, and become better informed voters. Elections matter. All of them.
This is a drive-through location only (no dining area). We were there on a busy Saturday on the holiday weekend. It was very busy, but the staff managed it well. We used the phone app and ordered ahead. The line moved quickly, and we were in and out in no time. I have sat longer at plenty of other burger/chicken/taco fast food places with just 2 cars in line. This is the first time ever that I have ranked Chick-fil-A food with only two stars. The waffle fries were extremely salty. The sandwich bun crumbled and continued to crumble as I tried to eat my chicken sandwich.
