“Recently visited this establishment for dinner and had a lovely experience! The Veg Memos (Dumplings), both normal and fried, were absolutely delicious and left me wanting more. While the Veg Biryani resembled Pulav, the Palak(Spinach) Paneer stole the show with its amazing taste. The flavors were on point! Overall, it was a delightful dining experience that I would definitely recommend to others.“

You can't get better Indian food in Milwaukee; believe me I've tried almost every Indian restaurant in the area and with every one my fiancé and I say "This is really good, but it's not as good as India Garden." “I love this place!! If you haven't tried their cocktails it is an absolute must!!! Game Changer!!! we tried the chicken samosas....those were the best I have had ever! So much flavor!!!! Butter chicken was amazing too! Highly recommend the paneer naan delicious the service was so great and in the inside was so beautiful. It's perfectly located in the heart downtown. There is free parking for customers only. I will definitely be coming back if I'm in Milwaukee. Love love love“

“I have waited so long to have excellent Indian food nearby, and Had's Indian Cuisine fits the bill. From the excellent mango lassi to appetizers (I love the veg samosas) to main courses and the buffet, everything is cooked perfectly. My favorites--I'm a vegetarian--are the bengain bhartha, gobi manchurian, and chili paneer.The lunch buffet has more offerings than I've seen at other Indian places in town. And there are enough meat dishes to keep my husband happy, and plenty of veggie dishes for me. My d-i-l is a gluten free/vegetarian, and she finds several offerings.Altogether, I think this is a great place. It's casual enough that you can drop in after shopping at Kohls (next door), and the people are very kind. If you like Indian food and haven't tried it, I suggest you do.“

“Throughly enjoyed stopping by this Milwaukee staple, the laid back lunchroom vibes were a perfect pick me up on a rainy afternoon. Lunch service had slowed down before I arrived so I got in and out in a flash. Food was very very solid, my only complaint was it could've had a bit more flavor, but I'm chalking most of that up to me being a bit later in their lunch service. Overall, I'd highly recommend stopping by, definitely worth taking a long lunch for.“

“The name Pizza N Curry is a great establishment despite its confusing name. From the street view it looks like it might be a fusion, half Italian, half Indian takeout spot. But this is actually a proper Indian restaurant as thankfully I did not see any Italian pizzas on their menu. But they do have tandoori and Chicken Tikka pizzas that we almost ordered.This brings me to the food. It is simply 5-7x better than Cafe India, top to bottom. I immediately knew the food was going to be great when it was delivered in copper bowls with julienned ginger floating on the top.The mutton karahi and chicken achari is basically south asian soul food and will hopefully power us through the rest of this snowy month. Even my 8 year old's chicken strips were of high quality as you could tell it was strips of dark meat breaded in house and excellenly seasoned. Shorewood you are very lucky that these guys care.Also, a heads up. You will pay for this quality.“

“Some of the most beautifully plated dishes I've ever seen. Special garnishes, sauces, great attention to detail. I had the vegetarian kofte and the dumplings looked like works of art, each with a delicate slice of pickled radish on top. Authentic dishes, but artistry in presentation really made it next level. Can't wait to go back.“

“Solid Indian food! Dined in on a Tuesday evening so it wasn't busy at all. Our server was very nice and friendly. Especially enjoyed the garlic naan and sweet lassi! The main downside is the prices being a little higher compared to other Indian restaurants but otherwise had a great experience!“

“I’ve been going here for over 6 years and I have never been disappointed. Delicious authentic Indian cuisine. Amazing customer service and informative staff that have no issue in giving recommendations. I have tried multiple dishes and my favorite is the lamb curry and the chicken tikka masala with garlic naan and a delicious mango lassi. They are clean hospitable and professional. This family restaurant works as a team and you can see the love and passion they all have for this gem.❤️ I couldn’t recommend them enough. We are always so happy and full when we pick up our takeout and inside it’s so peaceful when we dine in.“

“Was here for buffet during lunch. They have their own parking lot across the street, which is super nice. Staff was super friendly too, but they didn't explain to us what was included in the buffet and what is not. I didn't see any good dessert in the buffet section and wished there were some for me to try. I just drank some of that sweet coconut soup for dessert. Lol. The food was tasty, but I wish there would be a little more choices for the curry as well.“
