“We make it a weekly visit to this location in Grafton. Two of my favorite people are Noah and Jack. Since I pick up my order usually every Friday, these 2 guys (there is also a girl- not sure of her name but also a sweetheart & kind) always know my order and how to prepare it. They are part of reason we keep coming back. 😉“

“I think a lot of these reviews have never been to any other chipotles. Chipotles in Milwaukee are constantly dirty, with constant rushes and stressed out employees. This chipotle is a slower store so by default they get less staffing. Every time I go here, the staff is trying their best to be helpful, and doing their job correctly. If this store gets busy, they don’t have as many employees on shift as a store in Milwaukee would, so they don’t have time to clean, and may give off an rushing/stressed vibe because they aren’t used to a busy store. I’ve never seen an employee here on their phone, or being off task; and compared to any other chipotle, this store is clean, and the workers actually seem happy! They are always smiling and laughing with eachother but still manage to get their job done. I hope everyone leaving nasty reviews remembers this: 1). These workers are teenagers, probably stressed out with school, and probably overworked. 2). These workers need to follow certain portion sizes and rules or they’ll get in trouble. 3). They’re understaffed. This isn’t their fault! These kids need to work like they’re three employees at once just to keep the place clean, and to keep the customers happy. My final note: Go visit a chipotle in a city, and come back to this one to see the difference in cleanliness and employees’ attitudes. Thank you Grafton employees for trying your best!“

“I was with friends this past Friday night, and we ordered takeout from here. I didn't really feel like Mexican food, but I saw the Smash Burger, and decided on that. Not expecting much, as I ordered a burger from a Mexican restaurant. To my surprise, it was pretty darn good, reminded me a lot of the Big Boy Burger I used to get as a kid from Marc's Big Boy. The only difference was a slight amount of spice via sliced jalapeño peppers, which was just fine with me. Thanks for the great dinner!“

“By far my favorite Qdoba! I live by Mayfair and come all the way to fox point just because this location is the cleanest and has the best service! In a rush I’ll admit the Hispanics get a bit rude but there’s a white and black girl there with the kindest personalities. Always patient and sweet. They make my bowl perfectly every single time!
