“I absolutely adore Shellattes. I’m here from New Mexico and my friend brought me here as I staying with her in Neenah. I’ve been here everyday for 4 straight days. I love the coffee esp. lattes and appreciate the variety of sugar free syrups. I’ve had a scone, the Door County baked oatmeal and a strawberry rhubarb cheesecake. All are homemade and absolutely delicious! I also love the gently used bookstore part of the coffee shop as I’m an avid book reader and love that they have thrifty Knick knacks you can buy as well. Comfortable seating with a couch, easy chairs and tables and chairs. A variety of places to sit so I can have my coffee, eat some super delicious food and read a book. This place is totally my vibe! Totally would recommend this place. Oh and the prices are so reasonable. I’d pay double for this in New Mexico.“

“I enjoy having the convenience of having a coffee shop inside Festival Foods. I enjoy the fact even more that it is a Caribou Coffee. I love the coffee from this place and every time I come, the staff here is so friendly and helpful. If you have never tried one of their breakfast sandwiches, I encourage anyone to try one. Delicious. Great coffee and food with exceptional service and convenience. What more could anyone ask for? (BTW if you are a Caribou Rewards member, they can credit your account or use your points in the grocery store - unlike the place out of Seattle.)“

“Everything is always great here, as far as food and service.

I wish there were a few more comfortable spots though for getting work done on a laptop. Not the most efficient table layout to accommodate big and small groups in the space. It’s not my first choice downtown solely because of this.

Also not a fan of the random guy playing a guitar. Not clear if it’s “live music” or just some guy playing. But it’s making it loud for no reason on a Tuesday morning, if it’s just a practice sesh the staff could have asked him to go outside not drown out the conversation of everyone meeting for coffee this morning. If that’s the case it’s also pretty rude on his part, but that’s not the fault of the business other than they allow it.

Overall this is a great spot to visit, stroller friendly. Great food. Big menu. Vegan and vegetarian options. Higher priced than your average chain coffee, but the quality is there.“

“A hidden gem coffee roaster in Appleton and well worth the stop just to meet the owner, Dan. Very friendly when he isn’t busy as a bee with local orders for the fox valley. No longer a cafe but if you see his van from 41, you won’t be disappointed.“

“I've never been a drive thru coffee person but my girlfriend has recently been stopping here a lot and she sometimes brings a drink home for me. Today I went with and the people here were really friendly and the drinks were very good as always. Never thought I would like a place like this but here I am.“

“The gentleman working on 2/15 around 2pm was amazing! He recommended a drink that was phenomenal (white chocolate caramel cookie) and even gave me a small sample of the drink! He was super friendly and I would absolutely recommend this store to anyone!“

“This place is amazing. The oreo churro ice cream was the best ice cream i’ve ever had. The horchata latte is also very good. This just became one of my favorite places in the area. 10/10 service, taste, presentation, everything is spot on.“

“I heard a friend mention a tea company in Appleton. I told my mom about it and so we stopped in for a visit. I never realized how many amazing teas exist including Root Beer?! We became tea fiends and picked up so many new varieties! The place was cozy with amazingly accommodating and polite staff.

“Just came through the drive-through today, Saturday, June 15th @350pm. There is a girl name Anna, who happens to be the manager to this McDonald’s and I am not usually the one to leave reviews, but I had such a wonderful mind blowing excellent experience. There was no way in hell I could not leave a review. As I came through the drive-through, of course some of my family members wanted food to be freshly made so Anna asked me if I just wanted to make the entire order freshly made because I’m gonna have to wait anyways and then told her yeah why not. Because of the weight then added a discount to the entire order which significantly dropped it from 43 down to 26$. I absolutely was not expecting that that was not something that was required by her to do. Absolutely phenomenal service. And one hell of a great manager.“
