Monday had it's slipped the girl that took me to the waiting room didn't mention that the one piece of cloth she handed me was a robe not a blanket. The lockers were so bad that I had to try four of them before I found one that worked. Plus I had to wait that I was almost late for my next appointment.“

“Our Confirmation group went to Holy Hill for our retreat and had Holy Hill Cafe cater our lunch, dinner and breakfast next morning. The food was amazing and the service was even better. Kerry and Terry went above and beyond to cater to our needs (even braving a snow storm) to make sure our group was well fed. Can't say enough good things about our experience.“

They work together to give your drink just the right amount of sweetness and tang. The iced Chai is perfection! The drive through is wonderful when you’re on the go. “Went to Panera as it was the last day of my Sip Club Membership, and had no intention to renew it. As I waited in line for 10 minutes on one car ahead of me, after I ordered a cookie and drink. This certified I would end my membership. Pulling up to the window, ready to pay, Cierra (i think that was her name) immediately apologized for the wait, and refused to let me pay for the cookie. No joke, she single-handedly convinced me to renew the membership, and keep coming back. It’s the little things like that, that make a difference. Increase her pay, give her a promotion, do whatever you need to keep her around. She is the backbone of Panera Bread.“
