“I recommend a visit to the Barn. I opened a new shop April 3rd of 2024 a month before the makers mart event in May of this year. What a wonderful opportunity for my new business to get introduced. It’s been a wonderful experience so far and my neighbors have been very welcoming. My new business is called MoeChic the barn shops which is located in the barn on the grounds of Stone wood Village. I’m so excited to be here and I’m loving it. Come visit the shop and meet myself and my greeter, Buddy who is my lovable Burnedoodle. The shop includes a gallery area with unique handmade items created by local artists. Another area is set up as a boutique with women’s clothing, handmade from a several countries purchase through fair trade, a shoe line and many accessories and jewelry. All handmade, artistic and cultural in fashion. And of course the upper level is layed out with vintage, re-purpose an upcycled items mixed with vintage and current artwork. “The cutest cafe I’ve been to in Milwaukee. Truly an atmosphere of creativity, health and art. The layout was open and fresh with a hint of quirk and a boatload of authenticity. Music was great, chill. Cutest linen napkins. The perfect working environment. Beverages and food available too! ✨The Ramp Pesto Galette was like a fluffy, savory, Italian cloud on my tongue. Warm, bold, comforting, flavorful, juicy. ✨The Heartbeet Brew was a mood booster for sure! Complex: sweet yet bitter, cold yet warming. Uplifting with that hint of caffeine! I love this place!! “Flipside has, for many years, been one of our standard go-to places for our family to eat out - be it for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The food has always been excellent and we have never needed to wait very long to be served.

The only thing we have found to not be up to par, recently, is the decaf coffee. On a couple recent visits, it had a substantial off-taste (never was prior to this); so much so I sent it back. After trying, and having the same result a second time, I attempted to switch to tea on a following visit; but after receiving the selection sent to the table, I found there was no decaf available even though I specifically asked for it; so that was also sent back.

I unfortunately didn't catch it, but I was still charged for the coffee on the 2nd trip.

A few bobbles with drinks aside, I still very much recommend Flipside as a great local place to eat. The food is always good and the staff friendly and accommodating.“

“I am utterly delighted that we have a good Caribou nearby in the Milwaukee suburbs. This place has the absolute best cold brew, and the mint flavoring I always get with it is exactly what I'm looking for on either a warm summer day or a cozy winter afternoon. The staff is always extremely friendly, helpful, and generous, and the food orders I've gotten (normally the sausage breakfast sandwich) always come out hot and delicious. The workers at the drive-thru window oftentimes see my dog with me and offer a pup cup, and he loves the attention they give him. Overall, this is easily my favorite chain coffee shop in the area due to the quality of the coffee/food I get, the friendliness of the staff, and the overall ambiance of the shop itself.“

It’s free delivery if you order several bags and it comes quickly, too! Today I received a small box and inside was a surprise from Colectivo! A bag of coffee and a festive thank you card🎄Where do you actually get a gift from a business? What a touch of class from this fantastic company! “Words cannot express how awesome it was when Dorsey catered my kids wedding at the Cedarburg Art Museum. It all started when they were in a time crunch to find a caterer for their wedding. Dorsey saved the day with the most amazing appetizers, main courses, desserts (cannoli was the best I’ve had ! Even better than Sicily) , drinks and service. Every detail was attended to and the wedding was absolutely amazing! I can’t give enough accolades to the staff. Superb! Everyone was talking about how delicious the food was. As an out of towner, we will be sure to visit Dorsey on our next visit to Cedarburg.“
